Tastes good and makes 16 fl oz per packet
Hydration is so important. And water seems to fill up before getting enough. Electrolytes are the key to stopping leg cramps and other issues. I did not see how much liquid to add per packet ANYWHERE on the product itself.

Tropical?
While the flavor may be labeled Tropical,I’m thinking that they didn’t really know how to classify the flavor so they picked Tropical. The Product is a great product for what it’s intended. My personal opinion on the flavor is that it’s more of a Banana flavor than a Fruity Tropical Pineapple,Guava,Mango,Coconut and some Papaya. Nevertheless it’s a great choice for Hydration and Energy. I’m trying all the Different Flavors and this is still top 3. Enjoyable and Delicious.

Fast-acting hydration in the Deep South heat!
Electrolytes generally taste like sodium, however, with the flavor infusions of tropical punch and (my fave) pina colada, these drinks are just the ticket to beating thirst and fatigue in the Deep South heat of Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama (not that location matters, it’s just where I tested these out).Please do your research before listening to pseudo health experts about these supplements, as many just want to push their products instead of these. Don’t be fooled.Can’t wait to put in a new order soon!

Used this when cycling in Lanzarote, also gave one to another person we both felt it was easy to drink and the Tropical flavour was good.
