Great hydration on the go!
I really like Liquid I.V. I have purchased it before on the Liquid I.V. website, but they are cheaper here on Amazon. It has less sugar that gatorade/powerade and more vitamins and electrolytes. I like to take it on the go or at work. I think the lemon-lime is my favorite. It’s especially good with ice.

Like a ton of people I am horrible about drinking enough water. I bought these to try and help out and they totally did! I drink one a day and it also helps me to drink more water after it also because I don’t get that weird full of water feeling. I have tried other flavors and they are good as well but I like lemon lime the best.I do not follow the instructions of how much liquid to mix each pack with. I use a whole shaker bottle and just one pack but I actually prefer it that way. That way the flavor isn’t as strong.

My husband was severely dehydrated and spent 5 days in the hospital coming out almost as dehydrated as he when he went in even though he had constant drips. I ordered Liquid IV after my daughter and daughter-in-law told me about it – both of them work in the medical field. This product is absolutely amazing! My husband is recovering and is no longer dehydrated after using Liquid IV for several days. It tastes great and doesn’t have a salty taste like many other products claiming they can replace lost fluids. I have no problem getting him to drink it which is half the battle. We will certainly keep this product on hand for both of us to use. The only suggestion I would have is the company needs to make a sugar free version for diabetics. It has 11 grams of sugar alcohols and carbohydrates. Even though my husband is a diabetic, he is drinking this because of the dehydration. It would certainly help long term if he had a sugar free version.

My husband and I really love these liquid IV! We normally buy them from Costco, but lately the lime flavor hasnât been available. So this was a great surprise to find them on Amazon. The price was a bit much so this is only a one time thing. They are great for hydration and energy boost.

Let me start off by saying this is a amazing product and the only reason I am giving 4 not 5 stars is the price. As someone who wakes up very dehydrated this brings me back to life. If it was cheaper I would buy a ton but it’s not really a sustainable thing for me and I am sure many others. This product is also delicious though does give off slightly salty taste sometimes.
