The quality of the wood is really good, itâs also pretty thick. The photo print quality is nice and crisp, much better in person. I would have gave this 5 stars but bumped it down to 4 because the photo on both ornaments are off centered unlike the sample template you see when you are customizing it. It isnât a huge deal but may bother some people if you want the photo perfectly centered. Otherwise I love how everything else turned out and I like the protective bag it comes in. A strip of ribbon is provided as well for you to tie on yourself.

My sister loved this as a gift!
My sister sent me a picture of her dogs, and I decided it would make a good Christmas ornament. It was created and delivered quickly, and was a clear picture; although, I had worked to make sure both dogs in the picture were completely visible, and on the final product the smallest dog wasn’t completely visible. But, to be fair, it was a difficult picture to make fit! I would definitely recommend the company, especially if you have a small picture!

My niece loved it. It looked good overall. However I tried many different pictures and just couldn’t get one that fit perfect with it. It only lets you adjust it so far. But overall it was a cute little gift.
