Fits me great, my cat enjoys it 🙂
We needed a roomier backpack carrier for our 1.5yr old cat, he had outgrown his previous carriers. I opted for this brand as we saw somebody at an event with their cat chilling in the carrier with the extra compartment extended out, it looked so cool!I got the bigger size, feels like good quality and sturdy. Iâm 6â4â with broad shoulders, it fits me perfectly and my cat has plenty of room to lay, stand, and adjust. Itâs also very breathable! I like that heâs about to smell everything.Overall Iâd highly recommend this backpack carrier to other cat owners, our cat seems comfortable and adjusted well to it right away since it was so spacious, heâd become a little timid of his other backpack as I think he was beginning to feel cramped :/ major upgrade and good value for the price in my opinion.Easy to break down and transport, folds right up when not in use, our cat is comfortable with the existing padding but we add a small fluffy towel or tiny blanket to keep him cozy when itâs cold.

Absolute genius
Really love this back pack. I mean itâs huge but yet can be folded flat. I have a small 15 lb terrier mix and she fits inside with no issues. I can carry her in stores and ppl just always in amazement to see a dog in a back pack such as this one. This back pack has storage pockets and plenty of mesh screens to keep air circulating. The best part is thatâs itâs very comfortable to wear. Also it folds out and expands making it great for your pet to stretch out . Like a tiny tent for them. I think this will be great use for public transportation and hotel stays where a kennel will be too cumbersome and not easily able to pack and store. I am so happy with the sturdy stitching and zippers donât get stuck. Highly recommend.

Easy to assemble and surprisingly durable
It pops in place quickly – took me less than a minute the first time using it. My cat was not fully acclimated to it the first time I took him to the vet, a 45 min drive away. He scratched at the inside pretty aggressively during the drive, and I can’t see any damage at all. Once he got used to it, he seems comfortable enough as he’s got plenty of room and airflow. The backpack was comfortable for me to walk around with, too. This made taking him and two dogs to the vet at the same time actually doable. No complaints at all!

I ordered different carriers to test out. Including the Petskd, Apollo Walker, and Leke, all expandable to fold into a crate if needed. I was judging, based on order of importance: high ventilation, zippered side panels for doggy viewing (she likes sticking her head out the sides rather than the back), expandable crate, comfort for me (low bulk, back pressure), not too high for dog to stick head out, and general appearance.Apollo had a bar that hit my lower back and was uncomfortable, but every other feature was perfect – including all the zippered openings to let my dog stick her head out every which way. The expandable crate was the biggest too. But that bar would have prevented long walks. It was also a bit too bulky looking and I had to use a towel on the bottom for my dog to be able to reach the side panels comfortably.The Petskd was very comfortable, with extra back padding, but I didnât like that my dog could only look out the side or the top, and it didnât seem to have enough ventilation if it was a hot day. The crate area was also a bit small. Cozy for a 10-lb dog but not much else. When used as a backpack, I had to put a towel on the bottom for my dog to comfortably stick her head out the sides. The Leke was comfortable, cute, had a big enough crate area, and had plenty of ventilation. The only downside was that itâs side panels didnât open for my dog to stick her head out. Overall, it won based on comfort (for me and dog), ventilation, lightness, and the cute striped pattern.The Leke wins! Looking forward to taking trips with my dog!

Awesome carrier
This carrier is great for a small dog. It’s really neat to have that back feature that expands out. I didn’t know I needed that yet it’s so cool. This expansion allows for my pet to be able to turn around and stretch out without being cramped. It’s nice and tall and has a fabric panel that rolls up for my dog in the front. The zippers are nice quality and they are smooth. I looked at several carriers and this one checked every box for features. The mesh netting is also high quality.

Lasts forever!
I absolutely love this. I have used it for all of my cats (personal and foster) and they all loved it. It’s perfect for traveling outdoors and you don’t their paws to get dirty/if they got an injury. Super easy to clean. The size is absolutely amazing and bigger then it appears. Super sturdy as it can hold all 3 of my adult cats plus 5 foster kittens when fully extended. The openings unzip/fold really well. The visibility for them is amazing as they can all look out without any issues

For our papillon family, this carrier worked fantastic for our recent flight!!The dogs can sit up most of the time. When upright there was enough room for them to curl up and lay down.When in flight, the bag lays down so the dog can lay comfortably on the larger space and turn around.When we left them in the hotel room so we could go to dinner, the back part unzips and there is and expanded screen area giving them twice as much space.We practiced with them in advance taking car rides and wearing them to get them comfortable. By the time we left each dog would get willingly in their bag.Often in the hotel room they would even go to the open bag to lay down.Just like any backpack, you can wear it on your back or front.The large size (not XL) conformed with the allowable dimensions for Southwest airlines.
