Nice workout set!
I like this workout kit. Pink is super cute. I got this Becuse I want to excise my shoulders, arms, abs, abdominal muscles.so I do not have to go gym three time a week . I can just stay home and work out any time I want . This set is easy to use and easy to store. The quality is better than I expected. I carry the board and bands with me when I send my daughter to dance class . So I can workout in waiting room while I am waiting for my daughter . I do enjoy it so much !

This workout equipment has like 20 setups, I have used probably 10 of them after i got it for a week, i got to say it has been great for workout at home!Some setups i really like is the workout board which can be used a lot of things, like shoulder or or several different chest workouts, or can also be used for push up. With the long bar it can also be used for abs or legs. This board is really versatile and i definitely recommend it!

Thereâs pretty much nothing you canât do with this product. There is a ton of additional pieces and pop ins and add ins. It was really a great buy and adorably pink! Also comes with nylon pink bag to hold accessories together

Good, but…
I think it’s overpriced but it is a good set for working out at home. Even with it being on sale, I’m not sure I would spend the money again if doing things over. I was hoping there would be more ab work out opportunities than just the wheel because I don’t think it’s doing much, or maybe I’m just doing it wrong. You wouldn’t know, because the booklet it comes with doesn’t give much direction unfortunately. Since I have no experience with workout equipment I’m kind of regretting this purchase and wish I would have just spent the extra money and gotten something that gave more direction. I’ve used it for pushups, that part is great. Everything else, not so much. This seems like an item for someone who already knows a decent amount about equipment and how to use it but not for someone who has literally never been to the gym. Also mine seems a bit loose, so I’m a little hesitant to stand on it.

Easy for beginners
I like that it so sturdy and wasy to use even when I haven’t done any exercise in a few years. My health has put it on very slow. Stenosis puts your bones and mussels on hold and everything hurts. Especially in the mornings. But this system is gonna do the trick for me I believe. Thankyou for your help and support ð

Great workout!
I purchased the push-up board as a birthday gift for my friend, and she absolutely loves it. She uses it to have a great workout right at home without having to go to the gym. The board is easy to fold and comes in a simple packaging that all fits in the included duffle bag. Great for on the go as well.

Cute but cheap bands and poorly reinforced
The idea of the board is great. I love it which is why the cons are disappointing.Pros:Board is light, but feels sturdy when on it. The bar has some weight to it and feels comfortable. The ankle bands are soft, no chafing. Grips are soft and have some give.Cons: All bands are thin, if you workout with bands you know what i mean. They are definitely not meant for the full capacity that they are rated for. I was probably using the small bands at 50% capacity and it snapped in the beginning of my second set of RDLs (before you say its user error i only workout with bands, i have a pretty accurate guess as to how to pull a band before it’s at capacity. The adjustable strap on the bar was lose with wiggle room so theres no way it was over capacity) the longer bands have a second safety layer on the ball, the smaller bands do not. Either way the main band is what snapped, the ball did not pop out until after. The board is almost uneven enough that if you step too close to the center it can break. The handles will fit snug in one position but then wiggle on another which can be a future faceplant or fat lip.I dont want to return the product or waste a whole other board on getting a full replacement. I just want some replacement bands. Unfortunately, it’s either all or nothing which is extremely wasteful.Also the actual snap didn’t whip which is what i was expecting it caused the black and metal clip to pop up. So if you have little ones dont have them near by, or if you’re tall beware. Knuckle buster for sure ðOverall, great idea poop execution.
