This bag cute but very difficult to open. So hard that I had to use a flat head screwdriver to open it up to retrieve my things. Needs a new closer. I ended up dropping it fighting to get it open. That drop caused the hinge to be misaligned and now my bag opens easier however it’s badly scratched.
