This ball is great! I have two jobs. I have been standing on my feet a lot and I started to develop plantar fasciitis. Bought this item. Itâs cheap and works well. Hard ball to get into that arch. Iâve stood on this ball to really get into my hard to reach. Im not a skinny woman. I am 5â7, 200 lbs. Your foot area will be tight. However, use maybe a minute or two at a time. Increase use as you test it out. I use it in the morning before I start my day and at night after work. Itâs by the side of my bed and on the floor. My foot feels so much better. I use it at least twice a day and sometimes more. Thank you!

First thing to know is this ball is rock hard, solid, dense, heavy â Thermoplasticâ product. One should consider foot size in relation this 2.5â diameter ball, (a little smaller than a tennis ball ð¾). I wear a size 10.5-11W shoe and find this ballâs diameter and hardness focuses too much pressure on too small an area to work on my feet. I prefer larger, softer ball for foot massage. However, it works fantastically on other areas especially when rolling up against a wall. It is textured and has good traction so it will not slip. This may be uniquely for you if you have small feet or want a massage ball that can double as a self-defense projectile.

Good relief for tense/ tight ligaments in my feet.They are hard and takes a little time to get used to it, so take it easy for a couple of days and then increase time/ frequency little by little.Using them on a yoga mat makes it easier to do the exercises without having to worry about them rolling all over the place.The orange ones are built together so not suitable for the feet, but good to roll them on the neck or legs.

I have neuropathy both legs and arthritis both feet. My feet go numb. I like this ball, it fits under my footstool and I place one foot at a time on top of the ball and massage the bottom of my feet in circular and up and down motion. I feel it stimulates the nerves.
