My pup just turned a year and had been gifted this about 6 months ago. He chewed enough to need another. I finally found it! The end does start to fall apart but if the fog is aggressively biting it makes sense. He loves this thing! I recommend

This $7.00+ Kong toy was destroyed in less than 30 minutes by my 6month old puppy. My 25 pound Boston/Pug destroyed this toy within an hour. I contacted Kong for replacement. I was annoyed with their disclaimer. They were willing to replace the item once. Fair enough. I can appreciate that they are a business and some people would take advantage of the replacement/refund policy. I felt that they werenât interested in the feedback or making a better toy.However, instead of offering more durable toys, the limited selection of toys were basically the same things that didnât work for my dog.I would have paid the difference to upgrade to the more durable toys, if given the option. I wasnât.I think they are missing a valuable opportunity to sell me a toy or toys that my dog would enjoy and maybe not destroy immediately. Instead, Iâm not willing to invest in the upgrade toys for fear that if that fails, the new toys will be a hassle to return.Next, I was told that replacement toys are only posted once a month so it might take a while to get the replacement. Turned out that I received the replacement the following week.They honored their warranty, so I canât complain. They were friendly after I picked my replacement.

This product is NOT indestructible! The mere moment I gave him this toy he destroyed it! Literally! This is advertised as Kong! Our pup loves to chew but broke her tooth on an antler or one of the harder bone type chews so no more of them. We went to the Kong softer but durable rubber chewy toys. They clean the teeth and solve the love for chewing. â¤ï¸
