Used for field dressing and butchering whitetail deer. Bone saw cuts through the hip bone and leg bone like butter super sharp, be careful cleaning because you will end up with small cuts on fingertips if not careful (it’s sharp). Boning/Fillet knife sharp enough to get the job done. Gut-Hook knife my favorite it is sharp and just does most of the work field dressing and prepping the deer. Caping knife works nice enough nothing that sticks out. Shinning cleaver was a big disappointment because it looks so cool I wanted to love it but other than the balance it does not have a purpose, it is too light and not sharp. Gave the cutting board to the wife to use in the kitchen. I made this purchase as a back up. It was well packaged, but when I opened it, it immediately had stickers all over it stating California cancer warning. Iâm assuming the toxins are in the handles as the blades all seem to be stainless. I sent it back immediately, because Iâm not willing to take a chance on something labeled cancerous.
