I was amazed at how creamy and delicious the quiche was when I added two tablespoons of this flour to the eggs and cream mixture.When I make gravy I simply melt two tablespoons of butter and add two tablespoons of this flour, then whisk a bit. Then I add 1 cup of water plus 1 teaspoon Better than Bouillon chicken base. Then add in some poultry seasoning, freshly ground peppercorns and a little sprinkling of paprika.My husband now asks me to make quiche and he really enjoys the gravy even more than before. This flour makes everything taste better. I got two more bags!~The Rebecca ReviewP.S. The only thing this hasn’t worked in is corn muffins. For some reason they just crumble when you try to eat them.
