Updated Review: 10/11/2024 The founder of this company reached out to me and extended a full refund. KindTail also explained although the plastic seems flimsy it is very strong. I appreciate the explanation of how it was designed in order to fully collapse and to be light enough to comfortably transport. I was offered the size up but declined because of space. This company will work with you and make good on all their products. I am changing my review to 5 stars because they work hard on customer satisfaction.Not only is the product flimsy for the price point, the recommended size was uncomfortable for my dog. I was unable to return the dog crate because I missed the return window by a few days. I would not recommend this product at this price point. Not worth the money.

Puppy settles so fast
I have two crates for different areas of the house, one of which is this one, the other is a traditional metal crate that my pup can fully see me out of. My puppy settles n barely whines when sheâs in this kennel. Sheâs much calmer and comfortable in this crate. Even when i cover the other crate with a blanket she still settles in and is happier in this crate. I am going to get rid of the other one and get a 2nd one of these because of this.

Easy to assemble, very comfortable for the dog and looks nice in the room. I have a puppy that will grow to about 25 to 30 pounds. Plenty of room.

Amazing Little Crate!
This crate is exactly what our little guy needed! After outgrowing his smaller crate this medium size fits him pawfectly! It was easy to assemble and the folding feature is going to make it a breeze to travel with so he can sleep in the comfort of his familiar den! Highly recommend this adorable and well made crate!
