Thus far-Impressed!
As I went online to reorder another electrolyte replacement powder that I have been using for a few years now, I came across the KEY NUTRIENTS electrolyte replacement powder. As I compared the ingredients to what I had been using before, I found out that ALL of the electrolyte, vitamins & minerals were in higher amounts AND at a much cheaper price [currently, today, 2/24/21 though, the powder I was using before did drop the price to be more comparable with the KEY NUTRIENTS however the advantage that I see is the amounts of the electrolytes, vitamins & minerals-a big advantage for me] to be still for a 90 serving container. I was also impressed with not only the electrolyte ingredients but also the “other” ingredients that go into the mix as well. It is sweetened with stevia leaf extract and spirulina (for the BLUE RASPBERRY flavor) & beet root & beta-carotene (for the CHERRY-POM) gives it the color and as much of a label reader as I am for everything, I was more than willing to give this KEY NUTRIENTS brand a try.I ordered two containers the flavors being BLUE RASPBERRY & CHERRY POM(egranate). Today, 2/24/21 I decided to mix both flavors for my bicycling ride this morning. The attached picture show the CHERRY-POM flavor (red water bottle) & the BLUE RASPBERRY flavor (tinge of blue color water bottle). Mix 1 scoop (provided) into 16 oz of liquid (the bottles in the picture are 16.9oz size but I filled them only up to the neck of the bottle & I already drank some out of each bottle for a taste test). What do I think about the taste? For the BLUE RASPBERRY: First off, I like the tinge of blue color of the powder and with my first sip I first tasted a tartness followed immediately with a sweetness and I could even recognize the flavor being “berryish” Both the tartness and the sweetness were not overwhelming but nicely balanced. Personally, if a drink were to lean one way or another, I would prefer a tartness over a sickening sweetness but like I said, my taste testing of this one was very balanced-not too tart and not too sweet with the sweetness occurring about a second or two after the initial tartness. If you prefer something with an overly sweet taste then mixing this powder with juice or flavored drink would probably suit you. I found this drink to be refreshing and definitely something that I could drink throughout the day if needed. For the CHERRY-POM flavor: a nice light cherry red color and the first thing I noticed, after the color, was the smoothness of the drink. Not gritty or anything of that nature but the best way I could describe it would be “smooth”. The taste sensation is a nice sweetness followed closely with a nice cherry taste! Here again, not overly sweet but just enough so that there wasn’t even a tartness on this one -not sure if there should be anyway (perhaps the pomegranate would tend to give a tartness?) But in any case it was just sweet enough for me without an excessive sweetness; and like I said, I definitely recognized the cherry taste, not overwhelming, but noticeable. I’m not sure if I was able to discern the pomegranate component but definitely the cherry. Perhaps somebody else may be able to distinguish the pomegranate more than me.Now, the BLUE RASPBERRY has 6 electrolytes and 11 vitamins & minerals. The CHERRY-POM has 6 electrolytes and 12 vitamins and minerals. The extra vitamin is the Riboflavin that the BLUE RASPBERRY doesn’t have, for whatever reason I don’t know but shouldn’t really make a difference that it doesn’t have it.In conclusion, I’m very impressed thus far with the look, how easy it is too mix [note: about 40 minutes after mixing and refrigerating, I wanted to take a look at the mixture. I looked at both water bottles, as what is in the picture, and I noticed very fine, I guess one could say, granules, floating around as I swirled the bottles. It doesn’t affect the “smoothness” of the drink and it still doesn’t give it a “grainy” taste but I would suspect that something that has upwards of 20 different ingredients that perhaps a vitamin or mineral or one that is chelated? There are two ingredients that are chelated, selenium & chromium. My guess is , that perhaps a chelation might not necessarily go completely in solution or one of the other vitamins or minerals that may not be so absorbable in the mix but will breakdown better once it’s in the body? In any case, I am not concerned about it as I’ve reviewed every ingredient and approve of the ingredients that are in these powders.]Now the test of actually drinking them during my ride. I suspect that they will do what they are supposed to be doing because of the higher amounts than my previous powder brand had. I could think it would only be better. If I notice a significant change as far as energy level and other measurable changes in my workout as compared to my former brand of powder then I will edit this review. But for now, I’m very impressed and happy to have found this brand of electrolyte replacement powder!

Best Broad Spectrum Electrolytes ever
I’m a retired ER nurse and I have been using this product for a few years now. I found this when I was searching for a more comprehensive electrolyte replacement while dealing with cancer and chemo and the after effects of 2 major surgeries. I remember the formula from the days of working in the ER for the “banana bags” we used to give alcoholics and those with profound malnutrition and dehydration and all those items are in this list of ingredients. Once I started taking it I showed it to my oncologist and he was very happy with what I had found and gave me the ALL CLEAR GOOD TO GO for using this product. I have since purchased it for other people and recommended it as it is a much more comprehensive formula than the usual “go to” electrolyte replacements as in Gatorade, Pedialyte and others. It’s also nice that it comes in a variety of flavors.

Good Product
I’m trying to find a placement for a more expensive product. These are good, not quite as effective, but have a great taste and are very easy to use. Some of the flavors are a little strange, but would definitely purchase again.

I live this hydration powder
I did read the reviews it doesnât dissolve well but I put it in room temp bottle of wanted and shake it and it completely dissolves for me. So Iâm going to guess itâs not dissolving in cold water. I like the flavors. I especially like that it has collagen and biotin for your hair, skin and nails. Add all the multivitamins. Itâs all in one. I appreciate that. Itâs become my new favorite bc I like not having to take it all separate!! I highly recommend this product.

Tastes bad but does seem to help with hydration.
I purchased this during prime day, when it was less than $30 because I often forget to drink water during the day and I’m pretty dehydrated by 5 or 6pm. I also love to bring hydration packets when i go to cons to stay hydrated during the day. My typical electrolyte powder is Liquid IQ or DripDrop powders, which come in little tubes and tastes really good, but i was looking for something with a little less waste. The tl; dr:I’m not a fan of the artificial taste, and don’t like that it doesn’t seem to dissolve in room temperature water. It does seem to help with hydration, though, hence the 3 stars. I tried the strawberry kiwi flavor. The verdict:I was hoping to find a new electrolyte powder that has less waste and more bang for its buck, but this was not it for me. I purchased the strawberry kiwi, and found it to taste artificial and, frankly, gross… So i have to chug it because it tastes so unpleasant. I’ll probably stick to this one myself and share my other electrolyte powders with my friends, because those taste good. I also noticed that even after stirring for 45-60 seconds that it still hasn’t dissolved in room temperature water, so it’s gritty. (See pic) I just tried stirring it for several minutes, and it still didn’t dissolve.Even though there are a lot of pluses, a big thing for me is the taste, in addition to whether it works, because that will determine whether or not i actually use a prodct like this. So I’ll probably try one more flavor from this company after this one is gone, because I’m willing to say it might just be the flavor for me. I’ll report back after that and update this review accordingly!Pros:- Economical and affordable, at 80-90 servings for $25. Single-serving powders tend to be 30-40 servings for about $30.- One big plastic package that’s (hopefully?) recyclable.- Comes with a little measuring scoop, so it’s easy to measure.- No carbs, calories, sugar, caffeine.- Made in AZ, USA.- Has additional vitamins and minerals other than sodium and potassium, like zinc, vitamin C, thiamine, biotin, copper, and more.- Does seem to help with hydration.Cons:- It tastes really bad; even though there aren’t artificial additives, it tastes very artificial.- Doesn’t dissolve, even after several minutes of stirring, so it tastes gritty.

Initially was not sure of the taste, as says no sugar, but tastes very sweet. Stevia is used as per label. Great hydration and love that this product is packed with vitamins! Was recovering from a sinus/cold like virus, and after 1 use, I felt a burst of energy. 3 days later, my energy levels are back to normal. Was sceptical with a lot of products out there, this one works for me! Only complaint is kinda sweet. Will order the kiwi flavoured one next!

We brought these for out trip to Disney World and really enjoyed them. They do have a certain taste to them – as electrolyte powders do – but served cold (with ice) and the right quantity of water (500-600 ml) they are quite decent. I love that there is no sugar and enjoy most of the flavours. Will likely purchase again.

The flavour is very strong ,I added it to my drink bottle to make it more pleasant to drink the allotted daily water amount

I bought this product as it indicated sugar free. The first few sips were fantastic, filled with flavor, and just really good. After that though, all I could taste was the stevia. I wish it had said right on the front “with stevia” or something. I know maybe it seems like mincing words, but for me it makes a huge difference. I’d be game to try this stuff with any sweetener of any kind or sugar! I had huge hopes for this product , as I get nasty migraines and fibromyalgia amongst other things. Also, stevia can be detrimental to digestive tracks, and some research are now suggesting it can trigger even worse things. (Just because it’s a plant does not make it healthy). What caught my eye was no artificial color, no sugar. I had to look up rebaudioside a, I just saw stevia next to it. I will be donating the rest of the packets I guess, I only used one. ð Please please consider making some with no sweetener, or sugar.

Lovely tasting, leaves me feeling energetic and hydrated. Mango flavour is my favourite. You do get residue left in a glass of the powder but itâs not the end of the world.
