When I found out that they made pillow bookstands so you could read in bed, I had to get one!! This is so incredibly convenient to have! I have started reading again recently, but holding things in my hands for prolonged use can be so uncomfortable. Now I can fold the stand up and use the clips to secure my book upright! No more cramped hands! There are 3 different angles you can move it to, and it even has some nice storage compartments on the inside! This is a nice book/tablet stand. It is light weight and sits comfortably in my lap. I ordered it specifically because it folds down and lays flat and would make it easy to travel with. Know what else would have made it easier to travel with? A handle for easier carrying. Nothing fancy, just a strap sewn on the side would have been nice. I guess the tray is nice, but I tend to be a klutz. That means when the stand is in the upright position any items in the tray are likely to end up dumped in the floor. A few more straps of various sizes sewn into the trays would also have been nice to keep items in place when the stand is open. This stand is a good concept. I just wish the designers had gone a couple steps further and added a few additional features to make it a great concept.

Hard to use
The little clips that come with it arenât big enough to hold the tablet if the tablet has a case on it. Also if you are laying in bed and the Book stand is hard to keep from falling over frontwards. It is adjustable but it is hard to see the screen because of the angle you need to use so it doesnât fall forwards.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews where this would be great for reading and I agree, but I thought it would work for drawing as well! It ended up working so much better too! I love drawing but sometimes resting my iPad on the desk or my lap is uncomfortable, but using this as a sort of stand worked wonders! I love how spacious the inside is as well. You know how many times i lose my apple pencil when I’m not using it? Having a place to store it with my iPad has been a life saver! And the texture too is super soft and makes it very nice to rest on my lap. I definitely recommend this for anyone who likes to prop things up while they read and/or draw and also works as a wonderful storage container.
