LOVE this for winter
Of course, I had to hop on the gym lip trend. (Gym lip is where you overline your lips with a lip liner nearly the same color as your lips, and then cover it with a nourishing balm or treatment, instead of just gloss. This way your lips are cute, but also getting a lavish treatment during the day). I absolutely had to give it a try, because it’s fall/winter time when my skin decides to just get rid of any moisture I try to put in/on it. Here’s my routine, as I do my skincare, I will use my Cosrx Hyaluronic Acid Essence, Cosrx Snail Mucin Essence, and Inkey List Omega Water Cream on my lips as well. (Extra moisture never hurt). Now time for the lips. I don’t use a liner, but I gently dab on my favorite lipstick so there is just a sheer wash of color, and then slather this on. My lips are SO. SOFT. It’s a pink-colored thick cream/balm that I will dab on. Be careful, applying too much does leave a light-colored sheen, but it is so thick and moisturizing that you don’t need a lot. It is a bit sticky, so immediately running out for a bite to eat probably isn’t the best vibe. However, if you’re running errands, why not give your lips a good treatment at the same time? Plus, I HATE doing a lip treatment at night. It gets all over my pillowcases when I toss and turn and then on my face and causes pimples. Best to just do it during the day!

Natural glam for women of color
These are a good essential balm like lipgloss. It has a thick creamy texture, but spreads very easily. It keeps my lips moist and gives a natural subtle color. Almost like a tinted moisturizer, but for your lips. It is a little deceptive because it looks like itâs going to give you more color coverage, but itâs just enough. Cute to wear running errands and you want a little tint without putting lipstick on, or good for layer over lipstick or lip liner. It has a slight shine which I like. Itâs like the perfect shine level between matte and gloss. Overall, I would buy these again. But more for the way they make my lips feel versus for color coverage.

I just received this product today and Iâm making a review about it today. People are going to be like lip. Glosses are supposed to have air in it and thatâs all fine and dandy, but thereâs a lot of air in here. Thereâs a lot of air inside of this packaging. It makes me a bit mad when you pay $13 for a lip gloss or a lip balm which is kind of steep and the majority of the product is mainly air so youâre sitting here just squeezing the Product waiting for it to come out and by that time like youâre just squeezing the whole entire tube just to get a little tiny drop of whatever is supposed to be in here. The product is not bad. Itâs Just the air inside of this tube.

Laneige Dupe
I bought this on a recommendation as a Laneige dupe (was a little sad the Laneige gummy bear scented gloss was sold out.) This works GREAT! I hardly ever review items on here, but I had to let other people know that this gloss is a great deal. I’m a lip gloss addict (there are at least 10 in my purse right now), but I’ve been using this one daily. It gives moisture without being sticky. If you go light on the application, it doesn’t seem to come off much on my water bottles and coffee cups. 10 out of 10 , would buy this again and as gifts.

Better than I expected!
Let me start off by saying this is a great product! It definitely helps moisturize the lips and performs as described. I had low expectations because of the price and was greatly surprised! The consistency is great, not too thin and not too thick, but for some reason it is gritty and doesnât taste like anything. The gritty texture I was not expecting and hadnât read any review that talked about it so Iâm not sure if maybe it was just mine or if they all were like that. Iâll still use this tube up because it does work well. I just think I probably wonât repurchase due to the texture. It also doesnât last very long on my lips. I would put it on as the last step of my skincare before I go to bed and after an hour, I can barely feel it on my lips. I do love the shine it gives them though!
