Not for hyper dogs
My dog has always been a calm dog and well behaved. I use this in the car so she doesn’t get dog hair all over the place. I was using a seat cover but it doesn’t stop her fur from flying everywhere even without the windows open. I keep this in the back of my SUV folded flat and just pop it up and open when I need to use it. I wish I’d have gotten this a long time ago! If your dog is hyper, it won’t work for you. It is light and if your dog is jumping around, it’ll move around with it.

Perfect for puppy
We also have a real cage in the bedroom for the puppy to sleep but this is so lightweight and we can take it between rooms so puppy can sleep or just be safe even when we can’t watch it’s every step

We have a Maltese itâs a bit of a Houdini and can usually unzip almost any type of dog carrier. However, this has snaps that restrict the zippers from being opened from the inside high-quality totally happy with the purchase.

Spacious and sturdy
My beagle mix foster can lay down and nap and still have space for her food and water bowl. She has not tried to chew on it or escape. Very convenient for travel and can fit in a purse once folded.
