Wonderful for small ears
I have very small ears, and I have really struggled to find earbuds that are comfortable for more than a few minutes. These are very comfortable to me. I can wear them for hours with very minimal discomfort, and even when they do get slightly uncomfortable, I can just remove the earbud, rub my ear for a moment, and replace the earbud again at a slightly different angle.The noise cancellation is amazing. In fact, it might be a bit too good depending on where you need to use them. I have been out on walks and suddenly realized someone was right behind me when they went around me — and I never heard them. If you need to use them where you need a lot of situational awareness, keep that in mind, and maybe only wear one of the buds.I think the sound quality is good. I’m not a professional in the music business or anything, but I have used earbuds I thought were good and others that weren’t so good. As far as sound quality goes, these are the best I have tried. I am not saying they are the best out there, but of the ones I have tried, I like these best.They hold a charge for a long time, though strangely they don’t always lose charge at the same rate. There isn’t a drastic difference, like maybe a percentage point or two, but there is a difference.When they run low on battery, I really appreciate the subtle warning. They tell you once or twice the battery is low, and they give you plenty of time to get them into their case before they die. I have had earbuds that would start making a loud, obnoxious noise every couple of minutes until they died. That’s really annoying, and I am so happy these don’t do that!There are a couple of small issues I have that are not worth dinging them a star, but they are worth mentioning. Their connection is not the best. The sound will break up a little if there is almost anything between the buds and the device they are connected to. I have noticed this when leaving my phone in one room and walking into another, when putting my phone into the side pocket of my sheet while lying on the bed, and even while the phone is just in my pocket and I am walking around. It just sounds like a bit of static breaking into the music.The other thing is they aren’t great for sleeping with if you sleep on one side of your head. Any pressure on the buds will cause the controls to kick in, and they will start to change volume or change from music mode to movie mode. I have dealt with this issue by using only one at a time when I want to use them in bed, and I put the other on the nightstand outside of the case so they will burn battery power at roughly the same rate. I do wish there was some way to control that better — like if there was an app or something you could use on your phone to turn off the physical controls.Overall, though, I am pleased with these earbuds. They are so comfortable and work very well for what I need them to do. I’d buy them again in a heartbeat.

Decent, with a minor Bluetooth issue
First, the size of the buds and the case is fantastic. I really like how tiny they are. Battery life is shorter than my old Galaxy Buds 2, but I still get plenty of hours. I haven’t really tracked it, but I’d guess it’s at least 5 hours. Popping them back in the case during a break will juice them back up pretty quickly.Sound quality is adequate. Not great, not poor. Just good enough for casual listening while I’m working out, walking the dog or working on projects. They are reasonably comfortable for my ears, and they stay in place. I appreciate the support of 2 connections, so I don’t have to repair when switching devices. Also, I like being able to change the tap functions through the app. In my case I turned them all off, so I don’t accidentally change the volume or track while biking with them and adjusting the fit to keep a good seal.The only downside for me is that the BT connection can be flakey. Range is fine, but sometimes one of the earbuds will just stop playing music. What’s weird is that it’s still connected, since if I toggle BT on my phone, I’ll hear the “BT connected” message in both earbuds. But when I resume the music, it will still play only through the other bud. This is especially common when I switch between my phone and tablet. I’ve never had this issue with any other BT devices, so I’m pretty sure the problem is with these. The fix is that I’ll have to put both back into the case for a few seconds and them take them out. It’s a nuisance, but I can just live with it for the reasonable price. I don’t know if this is typical, or if I just have a slightly defective earbud.

Great sound and good fit
I have a pair of knockoff AirPod pros I bought from Walmart years ago that I love; I think they are starting to putter out so I went in search of good earbuds for my small ears. I have a small head and have to have child glasses and hats, etc. Normal earphones without the silicone piece hurt my ears too much. The JLab Minis are slightly bigger than Iâd like; still comfortable to wear, but after having them in for a while is when I start to notice a discomfort. From searching around these sounded like the smallest option. They are not completely noise cancelling but it still blocks out a lot. I thought my previous ones did great until I got these! I like that there is an app for the JLabs (not the best interface but still fairly easy to navigate). You can customize the button and listening features, and can turn the button option off. I turned mine off because I get annoyed when I change the song etc just trying to adjust or take on out for a second. I would recommend these and would possibly buy another pair if needed.

Slim design makes keeping them on a key chain very convenient.I initially bought these to listen to music while working in landscape construction. I found that when using both ear buds at the same time, they really blocked out the sound. Therefore I would often just use one at a time for safety reasons. I didnât use the âbe awareâ mode very much in my work environment simply because it repeats surrounding noise through the buds, and the noise of machines was constantly being picked up by the microphone.Absolutely a great product that I will be buying again, but only complaint is that if the case is dropped on the ground itâs likely that the earbuds will fly out of the case.

The instructions for return came back for packaging to be included, how do i do that when i had thrown away the packaging ? I threw away packaging after i thought the product was working well, but after i realized the item had defects it was too late to salvage the packaging. Anyways I have decided to NO MORE purchase anything from Amazon. Also why do i have to bear the cost for returning the defective item ? This is not correct. Did you know that Shopee when handling return items, they send an agent to my house to collect the defective item ? Unlike Amazon ! You should learn from Shopee on how they manage return items for refund.
