One month in, of actually using the device, it will not charge my phone. Now, I cannot return or get credit at all. And, I just wasted my hard earned money, PLUS, I had recommended this product to 5 people at work, my Son, Daughter, and Fiancé. I have given them warning not to buy, and now I am telling you. This Iwalk was great when I had it. I took major care of it, stored it properly at night, did not over charge it, and followed all directions. All of a sudden, it shows its full of charge but it will not charge my phone. My phone will charge from everything else. Now, I have to buy another and I don’t know what or where to buy from. I do not trust the seller/maker of this one. I will update this review if the company reaches out to help me love their product again.
