Hydration Never Tasted So Yummy.
I tried the variety pack to see if I would like it before I purchase the larger quantities but oh my goodness it is so yummy. I can’t even tell you which flavor I liked more. I walk everyday and have taken on a healthier lifestyle. So I love that this gives me the hydration and recovery while tasting so good and not having the extra sugar. Might just be better than other hydration packs!
I’ve been using liquid IV for a few years now, but every time I go buy them it seems like they’re continually raising their price per packet. And I have to say, I think I like these better. No, IQMIX doesn’t have the extra B vitamins that their competitors do, but they do have more potassium, added magnesium and adaptogens, just about the same amount of sodium and they all taste great! Think, better than crystal light with added benefits.Also, I know what you’re thinking and yes, they’re great for the day after a night of partying. Potassium and magnesium for the muscle cramps you get when you’re dehydrated and the lions mane to help a little with the brain fog. Though, I notice just a little change in my mental clarity, it’s not much. Good thing for me is that I already take a lions mane supplement everyday and these packets just helps give it a little extra boost. Big plus for zero sugar and still making these taste great and good flavors!

These hydrating drink powered sticks are so good!! The smell is immediately enticing when you open! The flavor pictured is blueberry pomegranate. I did have to stir awhile to ensure it all dissolved. However totally worth it as I noticed a difference in my mood after I drank two of the sticks as suggested for serving.

Great Taste, Great Hydration, and Easy to Use
IQMIX turned out to be great for hydration, the flavors were refreshing, and I faced fewer moments of brain fog, fatigue, and loss of focus. It has 0g of sugar 1g of carbs, and is full of electrolytes and brain nutrients. Side note, it is a little salty. Iâm not against it, I tend to like drinks with a higher sodium quantity, but I wanted to try something new because I do have two autoimmune disorders that affect things such as my immune system (duh), dehydration, hypertension, brain fog, and so forth. Iâm trying to find new things that offer support in hydration and electrolytes, as well as taste good, and I was recommended to try this. I didn’t find that it was super expensive. I did order it through my subscribe and save, which basically broke it down to each pack being $1.00 a piece, but I won’t lie that I have found cheaper alternatives elsewhere. I also cramp incredibly badly due to my body’s natural dehydration, so âCharlie horsesâ pretty much sum that up. I also cramp really bad during my time of the month, and I found that while the strength did not cure it (I didnât expect it to haha), I could definitely tell a difference in pain level, the length that they lasted, and reoccurrence. I specifically waited to try this in normal everyday use, as well as when I’m on âthat time of the month,â so that I could give a review in both situations. Taste great, good for the price
I had been drinking LMNT, but wanted to switch after hearing they didn’t disclose the amount of a certain ingredient some people want to avoid. So I gave these a shot. Honestly, I like these better. The flavor is just as good. They dissolve good in water and taste like described. The price is so much better than LMNT, so great value and the quality is on par with LMNT.
