Offers comfort and relief
Our cat is 14 years old and have had a rough health year. That means, for us, finding better ways to offer him pain, relief, and as much comfort as possible is a priority.This Heated bed arrived a couple of days ago and has been amazing at providing both of those priorities to our poor boy. The bed is fluffy right out of the bag and the entire bottom holds the heating pad so that no matter where heâs laying down, warmth that can offer relief to his body can reach him.As you can see from the included picture, he finds this bad, very comforting and after a rough few months, It is very satisfying to still be able to find new ways to give him the pain, relief and comfort he deserves.As far as the bed is concerned, because it is really fluffy, it allows him to lean into it without concern for squishing down the pad. The fabric is soft and feels really nice to the touch as I mentioned before, the heating pad occupies the entire bottom of the bed and it is a separate component that needs to be inserted Into a pocket under the bed.The heating pad heats up a lot. The minimum heating temperature is 80°F and when I turn it on the starting heating point itâs 120°F even 80°F. I find that this bad gets very hot very quickly, so it is important to really get to know the heating capacity of this pad before placing your pet into it and assuming it will not get too hot. The pad can be set for amount of time as well as temperature and it comes with a remote that is attached to the electric cable, which has been reinforced to withstand cat bites or scratches to the cable.My only complaint about this bed Is that I wish the bottom was a better padded both to offer additional comfort as well as offering a bit more protection against the heating pad. I say this because the bottom of the bed is very thin, so your pet is literally laying on top of the heating pad with a thin layer of fabric in between. To protect Our cat and offer more comfort, we added his favorite blanket to the bottom of the bed, which reinforces the bed base and adds a layer of protection against the heating pad temperature.I still think this is a great product and our cat loves it, which for me means a rating of five out of five.

Heated bed is a great idea. Cat already in it before I got it together.
Heated cat bed is something I think will be used around our place a lot.The bed itself is made of very soft material. The inside of the bed is actually pretty small. Iâm sure a cat can curl up very tightly and fit. The picture of our cat, boots a rescue dumped tuxedo cat, shows that she doesn’t fit well just laying in it without curling up.The heating pad is installed in the bottom with a zipper to hold it in. Mine came with issues with the zipper Iâm not able to close properly.I think putting the heating element in the bottom and making it removable. Will make it very easy to wash the bed and keep it clean.I would like the bed to be a little larger and would try to exchange the bed for one without zipper issues. I person who sews and has experience with zippers might be able to repair.I believe this bed will get lots of use and I would order again.

The cats love it
As any Cat owner could tell you getting something your cats use is always a win. So this was a win for my household. I have 4 cats and everyone of them has used this a number of times. If the cats like it and continue to use it, then I like it too. I have used others in the past, what I like about this one is that you can adjust the temperature and it has a timer on it. I have had others that you can adjust the temperature it is either on or off. Some of the others I have also had to plug in and unplug when I didn’t want it to run anymore. This one has a timer on it. So in the morning I can go to the bed and turn it on and set a say 12 hour timer, that way I know that after 12 hours it is no longer running. I don’t have to worry that it is getting to hot or something when I am not available to watch it. Over all my cats are happy with it so so am I and would get it again.

Doesn’t look or feel very comfortable
I think the concept is really neat, but the inside of it isn’t stuffed at all and really flat. I thought it would have more padding underneath to it. It also came with a small hole on the inside which is pretty disappointing. The only good features are the size, fit and look of it. It also did warm up really fast and it has plenty of cord length. I’m sure there’s better quality warming beds out there though.

Warms up nicely, the inside area is pretty small
If this bed was larger, it would be perfect.It is soft, comfy and fluffy. It heats up super fast and is great for the chilly winter nights.But because it is so fluffy, the inside bed area is really small. My 20 pound pug could not fit inside.he found a way to lay mostly in and partly out. My big 60 pound pittie love just lies on top and doesn’t care.If you have puppies, a small dog or cat under 20 pounds this is the bed you want to get.
