Great toy & Even Better Customer Service!!
The original toy I received didnât have any working sound, other than the whirling as it twirls, and my dog loved it! Right out of the box my 50lb goldendoodle was obsessed with this toy & played with it everywhere, including on hard floors, rugs, and even outside in the grass (yes, it still jumps around a bit – which is awesome!). The day it was received I got a message from the seller asking that I let them know of any issues & how my experience was going. I sent a response asking if I was doing something wrong, because the instructions say to quickly double press the button in any working mode to turn on the âbarkâ sound, and although I was doing that and seeing the color change between red & green there was still no sound. After a little unsuccessful troubleshooting it was determined my toy was defective, but still so much fun for my dog, and the seller immediately offered to send a replacement. Fast forward 2 days later and the new toy arrived, with a working barking sound, and my dog practically mauled me for it the second he heard the âbarkâ. Itâs fantastic!! The sound is clear and drives my dog absolutely wild!! I could not be happier with this purchase, and would highly recommend this to anyone with a dog! On top of the toy being great, the customer service was exceptional – and thatâs hard to find nowadays.

First, our dog loves this toy! As an energetic border collie, he has destroyed multiple interactive toys in the past, and this one is holding up amazingly well. The included rope is chewed and frayed, but that is to be expected and can easily be replaced. The sound is more moderate than with most similar toys, making it less obnoxious to humans in the same room. This would have been a five-star review if not for one thing: after only a week or two of use, we can no longer get it open to charge it. The screw-together design has a final ‘click’ to it, and we cannot unclick it to unscrew and charge the device. The threads are well protected, so our thinking was that saliva had gotten into the screws, but we have tried hot water, dropping it onto hard surfaces and everything else we could think of with no success. Both we and our dog love this toy – if we could charge it more than once!An update – the seller has bent over backwards to assist us with our issue, and a new unit has been received. Ww can charge this one and our dog still loves it! For that reason, we are raising our review to five stars. We couldn’t imagine a better experience, and our dog couldn’t be more excited!

Great for light to moderate chewers
My lab puppy adores this toy! It took her a second to catch on and realize she could play with it, but sheâs loved it ever since! She loves the barking noise and even the whirring from the spinning. Itâs definitely NOT made for bigger chewers as the casing is a bit thin and can crack. I also really like that it came with a spare rope to switch out if the first one becomes too frayed.

Great toy for getting a dogâs attention
The motion across the floor is unpredictable and challenging. My Golden loves it. The only bad point is that the âbuttonâ on the base, for turning on and off doesnât work, so I have to open the toy to turn it on and select the âplayâ level.

Ordered 3 of these. And all 8 of my dogs absolutely love them. But I will say it was disappointing to know it’s a super hard plastic instead of a dense silicone or nylon such as a Kong. So they hit themselves with it as well as toss it around the house hitting furniture, decorations and TVs.So there deal breaker? We ran into the exact same issue everyone else speaks of. It will never open again. We had 4 very strong grown men all have a go at it. We even busted out some tools. Nope. Tried dropping it from high up like seller recommends, nada.It has to be supervised because the dog cannot chew on it at all. It will deform the product to where the lid will not come off. It’s meant to be knocked around with their paws, chased and held with their mouth only. So if you have a chewer at all, don’t even bother.I also tried several of the other brands, exact same problem.Awesome toy idea, poor construction. Maybe a few years down the road? But I’m pretty disappointed. So is my dog Barrett who brings it to me and to fix it and it’s super upset it don’t work. So I did an exchange for a new one and I ordered some plush covers to see if it protects the item better. I will update later.

I can only let them play with this for a short period of time as my Frenchie would have a heart attack! ha The dogs go absolutely nuts with this toy!! I love watching them play with it. Not sure what there is about this silly toy, but they get so excited over it… entertains them that’s for sure!!! Has held up well too. Great Product!!!
