Bright and love that it is rechargeable
THis is great! We live in a rural area (no streetlights) and walking our dogs at night is nerve wracking, especially as they are both black. We do carry a light we swing arond like idiots when are car comes down the street , but unless our leashed doggos are in the light, we cannt tell exactly where they are . THis really helps as we know exactly where they are (edge of street? grass?) and the light is so amazingly bright, they are visible for hundreds of feet.Easy to put on, easy to turn on and change the light pattern, the charge lasts many nighttime walks, and is easy and quick to recharge. It is water resistant and the material appears to be quite strong .Our dogs are brutes on walks and pull so we do not use this as a ‘control’ collar and rely on a choke chain to hook the leash to, but the D ring and latch are sturdy,We also put these on the doggos when we put them in the yard at night. It is a fenced area, with a light, but these collars make it so much easier to see where they are. Definetely a great product!

[UPDATE] Below is the original review I wrote. I’m updating this to say I’m even more impressed with Illumiseen’s customer service. About a month after I purchased the collar, it stopped working. I’m very embarrassed to say that I later realized this was completely user error, but I didn’t realize it at the time because things were a bit hectic for me. I emailed Illumiseen at the contact address they had provided me when I purchased the collar, and I asked if there was anything I needed to do with the battery or if they had any recommendations for how to get it working again. They wrote back right away and said that it shouldn’t have stopped working and I must have gotten a defective collar, and they apologized for the inconvenience. They sent me a new collar which arrived very quickly. I haven’t had any problems with the new collar, and I haven’t double checked the old collar but I am almost 100% positive it was totally my fault that it stopped working and I am almost 100% positive I can get it working again. The collars tend to work (for me) for about a month of use and then need to be recharged, which is very easy to do. I put the collar on my dog only at night so she doesn’t wear it during daylight hours.Also, one day I had a family member take out my dog while another family member and I had to go somewhere. It was pitch black in the middle of the countryside, with only the light of a few low-level wayfinder solar lights along the driveway and one light on the house. We drove to the country road and started to drive away, and I looked back to see if I could see the light of the collar. I could easily see a little yellow light shining, brighter than I expected, very visible. I’m not sure how many feet we were away but it was a lot. That property has a long driveway and my family member was walking in the middle of the grass at the time, on the side of the home that had no lights.—-ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’m extremely happy with this collar so far. After I’d ordered it, but before they even had a chance to send it, I already received an email from Illumiseen giving me information about the collar and how to use it. Then I got the collar really quickly, and when I pulled it out it was very easy and quick to charge, and super easy to use. Illumiseen has also sent me another follow up email to make sure everything’s okay and so I know who to contact with questions, and they said they’d send another in a few weeks. Their customer service, at least on the front end, is awesome.As for the collar, I have a miniature schnauzer mix and I bought the small size. It’s more than big enough for my dog. I am not using it as her everyday collar; I slip it on at night and turn on the light, and then take it off when we get back inside. Keep in mind I’ve only had it a week so far, though, so I can’t say anything about its long term use. But during that time I’ve really appreciated this. I have a rainbow light on my dog that cycles between all the colors of the rainbow… I’ve noticed that the green/blue light glow much brighter on that light so I wish I could ave gotten her the green collar but they didn’t have her size in that color. I think the yellow is a nice second choice, however. It’s definitely visible at night, and makes a bit of a comical shape of light because of how it bunches up the fur on her neck so when she looks around there’s a pale circle of light around the shadow of her head cast on the ground. It provides me amusement and entertainment when walking her at night, which is always a plus 😉 (It bunches up her fur because I specifically made it big on her so I could easily slip it on/off at night, not because of a problem with the collar)I’ve been very happy with this so far and hope it continues. This is my first LED dog collar so I have no frame of reference for comparison, but I will say I was impressed with their proactive customer service and that made me feel really good about purchasing from this company. Any company that cares enough to send their customers emails asking how things are going and giving them information ahead of time and providing a way to contact them if there are any questions or concerns, is a good company in my books.

My dog is quite visible at night with this collar. I ordered blue and itâs a nice color. I ordered a small and it seems very large on my 18 pound cavapoo. Itâs a bit stiff to adjust and the clip seems a bit cheap but works ok.

We have a five month old puppy and this product has been amazing. We have charged it once and so far the battery has lasted for two weeks of use (approximately 1-2 hours every night). We bought a medium and it’s too big for our puppy who is about 45 lbs (he’s built like a golden retriever). I’m not sure of his neck diameter, but we use a harness and just wanted this product for visibility reasons. It’s VERY bright and lies flat. We take our dog to play with friends every evening and it has lasted through a lot of dog chomping and wrestling. Our pup loves to be tackled and wrestled and after two weeks of HEAVY use, it still looks and works like new. It also works much better than some of the other collars we’ve seen at the dog park. We like that its easily recharged and that it is only one piece vs. some of the collars that take batteries and are more like glow in the dark necklaces. Super happy with this product so far and would 100% buy again.

This collar is excellent. – I rarely go to the effort of writing reviews but this really warrants the time spent to express how good they are.I was after a collar that I could use with my Frenchie when I give him a little walk around the block in the evenings and feel I have lucked out when ordering this.The brightness is excellent, it’s bright and very easy to see in the day or night. It casts a glow on surrounding areas a little which initially I didn’t like but it really is a benefit when my dog goes for a sniff in the bushes.It’s clearly of high quality and easily adjustable. It even comes in a lovely storage bag to keep it clean and tidy when not in use. The sizing is also pretty accurate which is great.I think the price is more than reasonable at £15, and I will absolutely be ordering again. – I have also ordered the same style collar but a different brand via amazon as my chosen colour and size wasn’t in stock and that one really shows up how great this one is.It’s easy to charge, a button that’s secure but easy to locate and press in the dark, its bright and its of high quality.For me, overall this is 10/10 and ticks all the boxes.
