Better than expected
I was skeptical to buy these as my kid goes to the gym and I thought it could not possibly be sturdy enough for her since she is used to the gymnastics floor. However, she does all the back handsprings in the world on this mat and it has held its firm bounce quite well. She sometimes leaves it to where our dogs run on it and even with their wear and tear it has been just fine. Certainly a decent material than was expected and overall a good investment so our kiddo can practice at home.

How do I contact the company?
I’m trying to figure out how to contact the company for repair or replacement on the one I bought. It seems to have a slow leak, and we are having heck of time trying to locate where it leaks from. There is nothing audible or any place where we can feel any air leaking from. It stays pumped up for a short period then slowly deflates. We don’t know what’s going on with it. We have the 16ft mat. Anything would help.I’ll change my rating if anything can be done to resolve the issue we’re having.The mat works great when it’s pumped up amd stayed pumped up. We were even thinking of buying another one to connect to this one and of course, this happens.
