Just as good as Liquid IV
These were so good that I actually ordered them again the other day. I love liquid IV, but it is so pricey that I just couldnât justify spending the money on it when there are cheaper options that do the same thing. These are really tasty (especially the açaà berry flavor,) and I like that they are sugar free. I put one packet in my 40 oz Stanley knock-off and there is still a ton of flavor even with that much water. I actually think anything less than 40 oz may be too sweet. Iâd say give these a try. Theyâre very good and definitely hangover-approved.

I love liquid IV! As a police officer I am always looking for ways to stay hydrated. I always carry these packets in my bag so I can just add them to a bottle of water. The fruit punch is so tasty!

This is a great case of âyou get what you pay forâ but Iâm okay with it. Liquid IV often tastes overly salty but does help you recover more than this product. Iâd say itâs a fine value depending on what youâre looking for, but if you really want food performance, this may not be the best solution for you. Itâs easy to carry with you and dissolves quickly into any liquid.

These have the typical “sugar free” aftertaste that you get from most sugar free products. Appear to work as well as other brands in terms of hydration, but the flavor is not exactly what I was wanting for strawberry lemonade–tastes mostly just strawberry with a bittersweet aftertaste.
