First, the camera came in an open box and all seals were broken and the packaging looked put together.Second, it would not connect to the handheld or the app or the WiFi, nothing!

Waste of money
The app is awful. Connecting to the app is insanely frustrating. Your phone has to be a certain distance from the camera and then it may or may not connect. Only one account can be connected to it unless you have the subscription apparently. If you try and connect a second phone to the same camera it will remove the first phone. Constantly disconnects. That goes for the app and the monitor that comes with it. The monitor lasts maybe 90 minutes. Also, the monitor seems to have problems if you have the app pulled up on a phone at the same time. The sound is okay. The image quality isnât bad (when itâs working)It lags behind constantly and then it struggles to catch back up at which point it starts the struggle all over again.Donât buy this. The two cameras being a good idea doesnât make up for the awful performance.

Nursery pal dual vision camera
This I absolutely love this product! I’ve never come across a single unit with two cameras, and it’s incredibly convenient to monitor both wide-angle and narrow-angle views simultaneously using the split-screen feature. The app is packed with features like talk-back, melodies, lullabies, and a baby tracker, and Iâm discovering more as I use it every day. Even our relatives were impressed and are now considering getting one for themselves. Highly recommend it!

I miss the handheld viewer
This is great if you have babysitters that will be okay with downloading an app to be able to use the baby monitor. Otherwise, they will be out of luck and have to do things the old fashioned way… for that reason, I miss the fact that this doesn’t have a handheld viewer (especially at this price point). If grandparents are watching the baby, if they aren’t tech savvy, it could be an issue for them to use this style…Picture quality is good. App has been working well for me, so no complaints there.This brand is sold in store at local big box stores, so I do feel like I can trust them (as much as I can trust the big box stores with my info… I’m looking at you, Target… ugh.)

Doesnât Last
After not even a year the app stopped connecting to the camera despite all the reboots. Now I need a totally new monitor after not even a year and a half because the battery doesnât work anymore, it has to be connected in a very specific way to charge, sometimes it gets stuck on the powering on setting and stays half way to load so you need to do a reset with an earring or safety pin on the side. Thankfully this was a gift from our registry but donât waste your money. It doesnât last. I feel like it should have at least lasted two years and then maybe it would start to do these wonky things. Disappointing.

It boasts a nice quality and is user-friendly, making it easy to connect to Wi-Fi. Moreover, it maintains a stable connection over prolonged use. The device features a great cover. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include battery support, especially during power outages. Furthermore, adding an LED lamp or color options could enhance its appeal, particularly for children who may struggle to adapt due to its unconventional appearance. However, despite these considerations, it maintains excellent quality. Including a wall attachment holder would be a great addition. Overall, I am pleased with it and would recommend it.
