Great bag and no leak hydration
I got this backpack just for the bladder. The bladder is great I have taken it out on several outings now and have had zero issues with it. I love the quick disconnect at the base for the house and the stop valve for the mouthpiece so it doesn’t leak. The backpack has become my day bag for when I go out fishing and it has quite useful for carrying my fishing supplies and a few snacks for a quick fishing trip to the lake.

I’m getting really excited about our upcoming summer camping trips. We have two teen daughters at home, so I was hoping to find a really good hydration backpack for both of them. I came across this Hp Hope Hydration backpack and based on the description it seemed like it would be a logical choice as those features met my needs. I ordered this in Black, but they also offer this in Khaki. It’s evident that the material used is highly durable and strong. Below, I will outline the other features that led me to choose this one over other similar ones on the market.*Design: Well designed-Functional and practical- 2 Liter water bladder-12 Liter capacity inside bag*Functionality: this worked as it should. Simple to use and did not experience any sort of leak.*Water-resistant – which means it is NOT fully waterproof – only to a certain rating that does not qualify for “waterproof”*Water hose clip*Two side pockets*D shaped buckles – very durable*Safety reflector*How much can fit inside this backpack- approximately 2-3 days of clothing attire*Front pocket*Food Grade PEVA material – safe and certified by SGS and meets international and domestic standards*Can be used for hiking, running, biking or climbing*Dimensions for your reference: 16.14 x 12.6 x 1.97” with a weight of 1.4 lbsOverall, I find that this is an incredibly well designed and constructed Hiking hydration backpack. Great Size and Quality
The Hp hope Hydration Backpack with 2L Hydration Bladder Water Backpack for Hiking (Khaki) — This hydration pack is well made, I liked the 2L bladder, the multiple pockets and hooks and especially the molle panel at the front, has multiple loops for you to clip on the carabiners. Zippers are well made and zipped smoothly. I wished it had more color choices. One tip I would like to share is that if you wanted to disinfect the bladder, buy some “unflavored” denture tabs and pop 2 inside the bladder and soak it with warm water until the fizzle die down (as for me I let them soak for a few hours), then proceed to rinse very well. I then let it soak with clean water over night to ensure that there is No after taste.

Fairly heavy duty materials
I like the feel of the materials this bag is made out of as they seem very durable. The zippers are decent quality and work easily. I thought the shoulder straps were a bit thin and could have had more padding. The are several extra pockets/pouches to carry smaller items like wallet, phone etc. There are a couple of smaller mesh pockets on the outside. The molle piece on the front is made of decent materials too so should be able to strap on whatever. The mouthpiece felt comfortable and had no issue getting water out of the bag. Without long term use at this point can’t speak to how it would hold up but this seems like a nice hydration pack. There are a lot of these to choose from so this would have to be priced right to be of good value.

Very good quality
So I held out on getting one of these from our Army/Navy store as they were almost $100 there and then this one came up. The quality of the bag is well made and a nice large bladder, as well as the fact that it’s a nice day pack size. Great Value!!!

Nice size.
I am small 4’8″ so this bag works for me and my size. Plan to take it on vacation with me and on my day trips this summer. The bag is made well and has a nice size water bladder with it. I was very happy about that because the last one I got did not have one. Very nice back pack it has a lot of pockets and holds a lot for its size. It is water proof that is one reason I ordered it.
