I am a judicial law clerk. I spend most of my time looking at pleadings or legal research on a computer, and my primary hobby is really screen-dependent. I did not purchase these glasses expecting much of a change or compelling reason to keep using them. But, they gave me one.First of all, the glasses collaterally helped my work process by reducing those internal migraines/headaches/fatigue behind your eyes, nose, and forehead. In that way, when staring at a screen for hours, your stamina to keep working is enhanced by virtue of the glasses eliminating the cause of fatigue or pain that would otherwise limit you.Second, I use the glasses when I play PS5. I notice a difference in that I feel I can see more – areas of similar brightness and color are more distinct. I don’t consider the glasses a tactical advantage in that respect, but it has a similar effect as the one on work product; the less strain on eyes, the higher the internal capacity for cognition and consideration of visual stimuli. Purely for gaming purposes, I do recommend this product.Finally, I want to leave a note to any potential buyers or owners: wear these glasses, minimally, while looking at screens up to three hours before bed, for at least TWO WEEKS before you judge whether they are quality or not. Similar to brain-chemical-altering medicines it seems the brain needs more than a few days to recognize its increased capacity due to a much more smooth and carefree cognitive process. Give them time and they will be worth it.

Really helps with blue light, looks pretty good
While it’s hard to know what glasses are going to look like on you by looking at them online, these did look pretty good on me and the clear-looking lenses allow me to use them for meetings with my camera on and they look reasonable professional and stylish. It does help a lot with reducing eye fatigue and reduce eye damage and strain, along with other supplements I take for my eye health. Happy with my purchase.

Love at 1st sight, lol.
Didn’t except them to work as well as they do. I have to use lot of monitors for my work and let’s face it entertainment at home too. But caught them on sale, the Gunnar looked nice but seemed overpriced, don’t know haven’t tried those. But these French Horus glasses, love them. Eye strain is gone, and feel better. Ya, you will notice when take them on and off, but only a moment and eye adjusts and comfort sets in. I’m going order 2Nd pair for house and the next level up Amber, which might be overkill cause the clear do the job. But for the price I will try is, let’s see where’s that HSA eligibility paperwork I had……

No anti reflective coating.
These glasses are okay, but for 30 some dollars the reflections in these are ridiculous I can see the reflection of my eye balls 90% of the time. Should’ve bought the $5 ones. They fit good and are comfy, that’s about the only positive.
