Plum Drop Black Honey
Plum drop is identical in color to Clinique’s Black Honey. It is better actually in ingredients, feel, and affordability. My lips are dark, so when I applied both Honest and Clinique versions they looked raisin brown, which I’m not into as I don’t want darker lips. I was hoping for a plum berry red though. You never know with tints how they will show up over your own unique lip coloration; it will be different on everyone. Thankfully I was able to return both products here on Amazon without a problem. This Honest Beauty product is still most definitely 5 star worthy! I’ve already ordered Blood Orange and Fruit Punch. Can’t wait to see how they’ll look on me 🙂

I really love this lip product for its color (I got the shade “Plum Drop”) and its application. It’s natural-looking and makes my lips shine and feel so smooth. Top photo is before, bottom photo is with just a few swipes on my bottom lip and then I rub it into my top to get an even color. Quality of the pic isn’t great but you can still see the difference!
Reasons why I took off 1.5 stars: It doesn’t last very long, I have to reapply a several times throughout the day to achieve this pigment. Major reason why I wouldn’t buy this product again is for the ingredients. It contains Red, Blue, and Yellow dyes which are harmful/toxic and unnecessary. Sad because I would probably buy again otherwise. “Honest” beauty products containing harmful ingredients… not my favorite. If that doesn’t concern you, you’ll probably love this product!

A different shade of Plum Drop
I loved the Plum tinted lip balm that I bought nearly a year ago, so when that ran out I ordered another one of the same shade. I was somewhat disappointed that the tint and texture were different. This new one is more like a gloss and the first one was more solid color and less glossy.

Better than Lipstick
I love this product which leaves my lips feeling hydrated and nourished but not sticky. It has a good amount of color and I will order more. The best part is the all natural ingredients and I don’t have to worry that I’m ingesting harmful products.

Tengo otros productos de la misma marca así que cuando recibí este me sorprendió que venía empacado en una bolsa de plástico. Desconozco si en realidad es original.

I have very very sensitive lips to most of lip products and i keep looking for an affordable ‘non-toxic’ colored lip balm for daily use. 99.9% drugstore lip balms dispointed me. For example NYX butter gloss gave me tiny red bumps. Burts Bee burned my lips… So I have to get back to Dior lip glow which seems to be gentle, although its super expensive. When my husband saw me ordering another 11$ lip balm, he questioned me why I keep wasting money on cheap lip products that are highly potential to harm my lips. But it turns out this lip balm is very gentle, my sensitive lips approved. I feel like im wearing another 50$ Dior lip glow. Its soft, lightweight and smooth to apply, it even doesnt have a scent compared to Dior one. I reapply several times after I eat and at the end of day, my lips aren’t dried out. Girls please dont expect a 11$ lip balm does wonder to your lips just by one apply, it’s ridiculous. Im so happy that I found this product and Im gonna order more colors. Thank you Honest beauty, you just save my pocket!

The most amazing lip balm, I absolutely love it. So much moisture, all natural ingredients and also the colour is fruit punch. I am now going to collect them all. Thank you Honest Company. 😎
