two incredibly happy, snuggly, purring kitten babies here…
so my husband bought a little honeycomb nesting bed for our two orphan rescue babies the night we brought them home. they were just shy of three wks old… a bonded pair of brother and sister floofies. they hopped in that little bed right away and slept in it wayyy beyond the day they both fit [un]comfortably. it was their little safespace security blanket.we’ve bought two other beds… similar-ish, bigger, room to grow, etc… in hopes of recreating that first fave bed. no dice. they kept piling into that first little cave that was barely 7″ across.and then…! i found this prize! its literally perfect for my little lovey kittens. sometimes they sleep inside the cave. sometimes they pounce it til its collapsed and then snuggle up to snooze. anddd sometimes they wrestle ea other for it push ea other out til just one kitten is snoozing and the other is curled up at the ‘door’ looking sad… haha.i added a coupla photos of the kittens w their first little bed as well as a brand new photo of them cuddled up cozy in their new bed. its soft and plush, solid quality, seems to be able to withstand a respectable kitten tug-of-war.for reference – my babies are currently five mos old. baby brother weighs a little shy of 8lbs. baby sister weighs right at 5lbs.

Cat got right in it… that’s new.
When I took it out of the bag, it had a little chemical smell to it. I put it under my ceiling fan for a while and the smell was gone. I took it to my mom’s house (her cat) and he inspected it by walking around it, as usual. I put a little catnip in it, to entice him into it. He went in, circled twice, and laid down in it. Total time I had it out: 15 minutes. That’s amazing, it took him months to cozy into a bed that my mother purchased.This one is like a cubby hole, so I’m sure he feels more protected in it than an open bed. I was worried because her cat is 13 pounds and didn’t fit in an earlier, smaller bed. When he was laying down, about a quarter of the bed was still empty. That was a pleasant surprise. It’s very soft and looks warm for him. I highly recommend getting one.

Great Bed, buy it if you’re on the fence!!
This has been the most amazing bed. We have several cats and this has been one of their favorites. We put a little blanket inside for extra warmth. Itâs also awesome because another on of our kitties like to sit on top of the beds and he always goes to this one and is able to get on it and do as he pleases. They also love taking their toys in it. We liked our first bed so much that we ended up getting a second bed. Triangle in the picture is relaxing and rolling around in the bed.Pros, completely washable in case of it getting dirty. Cats LOVE IT.. colors are beautiful, well made, no strangle odors, can have the bed on top and folded down or also inside as seen in the picture. Best bed ever!Cons, there isnât a pad in the bottom, but I like putting little fleece blankets in beds anyway so it doesnât matter. Really there arenât any cons.

Cute and cozy product however my big ole outdoor tomcat didnât come close to being able to fit insideâ¦even my inside cats who are normal size had to squeeze to fit in⦠worth the price? Hmm not really. You can find similar things at tj maxx and Ross for a lot less

Super Comfy Cat Cave!
We had originally bought another cat cave for our new cat, but he showed zero interest in it. So, we decided to try, again, with the beehive design (just like his “brother” cat has) and he wasted no time getting right in this! We just received it to today and he has been inside of it for hours. This design is a big winner with both of our cats. Want to try out the cat bed function of the product, but we have to wait until he gets out of his cave!

Waste of money!
It arrived crushed and would not go back to what was supposed to be the original unfolded shape. There is absolutely no cushion or padding in the bottom like other reviews suggest. It is the same really thin unsupported material that the sides are made of. The sellers description says it accommodates pets up to 20 lbs, not true. The thing is so flimsy my 14 lb cat canât even get both his paws in before it collapses The rest of the way and tips over. I would have returned it but had ankle surgery and had no way to get to the post office. Even flattened/folded is no good because my cat wonât get on it. Complete waste of money for me and my cat. Maybe it would work for tiny kittens but definitely not for bigger animals.
