Great monitor but glitches
I live in a small condo and needed a baby monitor that could let me be in the other room. This monitor works great with the small area. The sound pick up is good, picture is great, and allows for multiple cameras to be connected. The battery life is great I only have to charge every other day and setting up the camera was fast and simple.Cons of this monitor is that sometimes it glitches. It’s only for a minute but the picture distorts or lines go over the screen. Also there is a lullaby feature but it’s only on the monitor screen I think it would be better if that was on the camera. Additionally, a great feature it lacks is a clock.

Great Monitor
I thought this monitor was great for the price and worked well. I had it for about a year with multiple times a day use and it worked perfectly. Then the monitor was no longer charging, so I emailed the company and told them what was going on. They asked a couple troubleshooting questions to see if we could get it to work and when it wouldn’t they without hesitation sent me an entire new monitor and camera! And it seems to be an updated version which is great because it connects to both the old and new camera.This is a really good monitor and the customer service is amazing.

So far so good
We have only had it up and running for less then 24hours, but its working great. Only thing i wish it did was make the screen brighter, in this photo it looks bright, but its not this bright its like 3 shades darker, i can still see our daughter just fine ( not in room at the moment) this photo makes it look bright, angle of the picture. We live in a townhouse and all bedrooms are on 2nd floor so this is super helpful when our 3 year old is playing in her room while i am doing things through out the rest of our home( baby gate blocking stairs uptop) It is 1000 ft range we haven’t had issues with the monitor loosing connection. I have seen other reviews regarding wifi connection, but i havent looked into it as we are not having issues with range. The buttons all light up, night vision works great the screen is smaller then our first monitor and when zoomed out it doesnt cover as much area as the older one , but thats fine as long as i can see our daughter and easily locate her in her room and hallway I am totally at ease and it also has a 1 year warranty with the manufacturer,not with Amazon. This is our 3rd monitor, the first one we got in 2019 from the brand , Summer. It was fabulous but its getting old and loosing range/connection and that one was 700 range and we live in a 1007 sq foot home and it is only recently the Summer one startrd acting up so i know it works being different floors and wide rage because when we bought it we then lived in a 2000 sq. foot one floor house and it worked even on the other end of the house. We bought a different brand in December 2021 knowing the first one was getting old, we took it out of the box last Friday and it supposed to be 980 range and it is garbage, it only works if the monitor is literally 50 feet from the camera, i dont know if its just a defect, but of course our warranty was only 30 days with Amazon so i have an email into the manufacturer because it does have a 1 year warranty with it so i am waiting to hear back, but i have also seen terrible reviews on it , one being the monitor blew up, pictures on Amazon reviews the 2nd monitor is from the brand , ANMEATE. Thats my review, it kind of tells ya alittle bit about all 3 monitor, but if i can spare someone from buying the ANMEATE from seeing this review then yay , but i will wait to hear back from ANMEATE to leave my full review.

This is our second hello baby monitor over the years and through 3 children. Camera works fantastic. I didn’t think we’d use the movable camera feature but we use it all the time when the baby moves around. Amazing! Picture, sound and clarity are great. As for setup it’s very much plug and play.The monitor stopped charging after a few weeks. We contacted the hello baby team for support. They where quick to respond. Gave us some trouble shooting to run through. After all was tried it turns out the unit was faulty. It happens. Hello baby dispatched a replacement unit. Would highly recommend.

Auch im Nachtmodus kann ich mein Kind super gut sehen. Was mir sehr gefällt ist, dass man ein Monitor mit zwei Kameras verbinden kann. Zudem muss man die Geräte nur einmal miteinander verbinden und selbst wenn man den Stecker rauszieht oder das Gerät auf Reisen mitnimmt, muss man es nur an den Strom anschlieÃen und nicht wieder Kamera und Monitor verbinden.Nachdem ich die Babykamera 1 Woche benutzt habe, lieà sich der Monitor nicht mehr aufladen. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert und direkt am nächsten Tag eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Und nach einem kurzen Austausch via Mail wurde mir ein neuer Monitor zugesichert. Nach 2 Tagen kam schon das Paket an..Ich bin sehr mit der Kamera und dem Service zufrieden und empfehle sie auch meinen Freundinnen.
