Need this for storage
I needed these bags for storage. They worked great to put away the bedspread. It was also very easy and affordable instead of the fancy bags. I was able to take it on vacation too to get more room in my luggage. It saves alot of space. The bags are not too thick but the keep everything inside. It’s like a very big storage bag sometimes the compression get air back in but it’s not too bad.

I got the Large and XL size. It is amazing how much space this saves up. I used the XL for a queen size Comforter. It was easy to use, easy to seal and easy to take out the air with a vacuum. Great quality didnât tear or created holes. Great price for the performance and space you will be saving. Also, I traveled and used a large to fit about 6 jackets to put in our luggage and saved tons of space. Did same for a pack a diapers. In the hotel I used the back of the blow dryer to take out the air since I didnât have a vacuum.

Want Good Storage Bags?
We were able to neatly pack 3 Extra LG size bags with several queen size comforters and blankets. Bags are well made and have two locking seals for better reliability. My vacuum was used on each bag to such the air out and compress the blankets to a much smaller size for easy storage. I’ll probably order more of these. They’re pretty good.

Worst ever!
Horrible quality. Out of 4 or 5 brands of these type of storage bags Ive tried, these are the worst. I went with a ‘name brand’ thinking I would be able to count on the quality. The exact opposite was true. The ‘no name’ brands performed much better. Problems: thin plastic easily tears, does not hold negative pressure, seal is sub-par. I actually had a bag burst while pressing the air out. And the point is to reduce space by removing air, but they will not hold vaccuum pressure.

They all leak, some sooner, some later
Great idea, but if you worry about them leaking , rest assured, they will.I thought Hefty would be a good bet because they have been fooling around with plastic for a long time. Well, I tried three different sizes/ batches, and they all leaked. All within a week. I even put one vacuum bag inside another.Where I found them to be functional is vacuuming the bag down to a nice small size, and then putting cardboard around it and tying the cardboard in a package shape to prevent the re-expansion. That seems to work fine.So, three stars for the vacuum thing, but the leaking is guaranteed.
