Itâs so annoying.Update: so I have learned that the reason it starts at midnight is because I toss and turn so much, the watch thinks Iâm still awake. I read that it can take an hour for the watch to know youâre asleep. Makes sense. My husband says I toss and turn so much that I donât settle till midnight or later.
