Saved me on a hunting trip.
So glad I had these over the weekend!!! I bought these for work, getting up and driving the school bus in freezing temperatures can be rough. These worked great keeping my hands warm while I check out my bus and warm it up. Well, this weekend we went hunting, it’s getting cold in the mountains so I brought them. An hour before dark we spotted elk and started stalking down this insane hill. We only had one flashlight and it quickly become dark out. I remembered bringing these so I used the flashlight feature. Over 2 miles we hiked in the dark back to the truck and these handy handwarmers saved the day! Both my kid and I used one each for over 2 hours of uphill hiking and when we got back to the truck they were still at 97%!!!! Absolutely amazing. I’m going to be buying more as gifts.

I am an outdoorsy type, so I try to get out early, take a walk and let nature sing to me. As, time goes by, the old joints, talk to me and the winter air bites a bit more than it did a few year ago.I had always considered hand warmers very lacking in performance and duration, so why trouble with them. All things change and I was judging the new, based on something I had experienced with a product of decades ago using a comparatively primitive tech. The powerful âBeamâ light can light up an area far away but that does you little good if you are scrambling for something in your general area. The Shirvle Hand Warmer function is designed to give you a 360 degree, lighting effect. Flip the unit and press the button. Itâs a great flashlight as well as a champion hand warmer. Here is a tip for people taking that cold morning walk or hunters. I put the warmer in my inner pocket of my coat, buttoned up and was floored how much heat this generated! I was very warm for at least 5 hours plus and had no problem doing chores on a chilly 50ish degree all day. This warmer alone allows me to enjoy the outdoors when before I simply got too cold to tolerate it much more than 30 minutes. I put high value on a product that makes the difference, if I can enjoy the outdoors or stay in the house. The elderly especially need to stay mobile for their heath. Winter does not have to mean you have to be locked in a house for months, which is a step towards being permanently stuck in that chair. Take the hand warmer with you and get outside. A little fresh air may just what the doctor ordered.In closing, I take my product research seriously and put everything through the paces. I wanted the perfect reviewer based on the environment they were exposed. I considered a hunter at first but found the perfect research assistants! I loaned them to a family that travel using an alternative method of transport which requires horses and exposure to the elements. They LOVE them! I am sure Shirvle will be getting a lot of orders from this group. It was a perfect for them. In fact, they have passed them on for others to test. Very handy for charging devices and for cold, dark nights
Very pretty set of hand warmers but what really drew me to them was their versatility. Now that the days are getting shorter, it is dark by the time I leave work and I really like that these have a flashlight function. Yes my cell phone has a flashlight as well but Iâd rather save my battery life for calls and internet searches, since my job relies heavily on my knowing or finding the right answer to customer questions in a timely manner and Iâm not always in front of a computer. The battery charging function is very necessary for me because my phone cannot die while Iâm at work. These hand warmers came partially charged (at 16 and 28%) but they got fully charged after 3 hours. They are also intuitively designed, I didnât have to read the manual to figure them out. The digital display tells you the percentage of each battery while charging and it displays the temperature setting when used as hand warmers. A separate button is used to turn the flashlight on and off, so there is no need to toggle through all the temperature settings just to turn on the flashlight. Iâve had these for a couple of weeks and they have worked solidly so far. They arenât too big or heavy for my hands (I wear size small gloves) and the look rather pretty in hot pink. Would recommend.

100% pure awesomeness!
I just got these a few hours ago, so I charged them all the way up and tried them out. And they’re even better than I was hoping for. To start with the main feature, it only takes about 5 seconds after you power them on before you start feeling some noticeable warmth, and only about 30 seconds before they seem to reach full temperature. On the highest setting, they’re just teetering on the edge of uncomfortably warm, so I tested them out with some thin fleece gloves and they were perfect for that. Just for fun, I soaked my fleece gloves in ice water, then wrung them out and tried it with cold, wet gloves. It took maybe a minute before my hands started really warming up, so even if your hands are cold and wet, these things really work. Beyond that, the flashlight and the USB power bank features are nice as well. I plugged my tablet into it and it immediately started charging up. The flashlight isn’t very bright, but in a tent or a car, it’s plenty bright to be useful, and the strobe feature would definitely be handy for hiking/camping in case you got lost or otherwise needed to signal someone. Overall, this is WAY better than those little handwarmer packets I used to use a couple decades ago when I did a lot of mountain climbing. If you spend a bit of time outside in the elements, even if it’s just going to sports events during the fall and winter, these are a really nice thing to have. Very highly recommended!
