The customer service was excellent when I called to activate the device and they were prompt in contacting me within 5 minutes. The tracker works great out of the box and it tracked my position accurately when I took it with me for a drive. I was super nervous sending my young child across the country with my ex husband for the first time and so I bought this tracker for both her safety and in case there was an emergency. This tracker had pinpoint accuracy and she contacted me (she’s young, it was just for fun) and I received emails, calls and text messages. (You can choose). But even better than this amazing tracker was their support staff!! Since I received it a few days before the trip I made sure it was charging and set it aside. I received customer service support call to make sure everything was well. They walked me through the (very easy) steps to use it and immediately realized that my particular tracker was not working properly. They literally overnighted me another one and called again to make sure it was working on my end and on theirs. I even received two calls over the next few days just to make sure I was happy, my daughter could contact me on the road and that I could see where she was at any minute on the app. They really really helped me feel so much better about her going because I knew where she was at any moment.
