Easy setup
Easiest setup of a IOT device Iâve had. It instantly connected to my phones Bluetooth and the directions in app were easy to follow and quick. The whole setup, including Alexa integration which was the longest part, took maybe 2-3 minutes. The response time of the device was insanely fast and so far has worked flawlessly. It is the smallest size smart plug I have found and allows it to be placed on a power strip and still be able to use the other outlets. I would definitely buy again and wouldnât mind buying other Govee products.

Great little timers! Can program down to 1 minute on/off. I was hoping for a little more flexibility than that but I made it work for my needs. Can be linked with other Govee sensors for wireless automation of anything basically. Cool little devices for sure!

The Govee plugs work flawlessly and fast and also when youâre not home you can turn them on and off. The nano leaf can only be turned on and off from home. I bought a nano leaf for over $200 another light not this one and itâs giving me a headache because half of the time it never connects.

They are round and block other outlets
These smart outlets function well, but the shape is less than ideal. Being round, they block part of the outlet above or below the outlet when plugged in. The app could use a little refinement as it does not always work. I also have some questions about the security of these smart devices as they will randomly come on at weird times in the middle of the night all the light in my bedroom will come on, and it is annoying as I do not know if it is a power issue causing them to turn on or something else.
