Gotham steel cookware
I love these pans. The removable handles are a nice option. And I love the magnetic slab that they are stored on, which was easily mounted on the inside cabinet door. The heat distribution is great considering you can’t use on “high” setting yet it doesn’t take longer for things to cook. They look nice, and are durable, very scratch resistant. The entire set takes up a very small amount of space as they are all testable with the handles removed. Great purchase!

So far so good
I’ve always wanted pots and pans that don’t have long handles, and this makes things so great for storage. The handles go on easy, and have a secondary lock to avoid accidental drops, but not so much that it is complicated to get them off when you want to. The finish on these so far has been good, though I suspect like other Gotham steel pots, while they can go through all of the things they say, their non-stick lifespan will be shortened every time you use the dishwasher or do something scratchy on the inside.The only area of concern was in the information provided saying that they shouldn’t be used over medium heat, time will tell if that is a problem. No indication given if this is a safety or longevity issue.

Small issue with handle weight
So far so good. I like this set, although I think calling it 18 pieces is deceiving when half of those pieces are utensils, lids, and padded scratch protectors. However the only real issue is that the handle is too heavy for the smallest skillet. It makes it tilt off the cooktop when attached with nothing in it while heading up. I was making a grilled cheese, waiting on the skillet to heat, and had to take the handle off so it would sit flat go heat evenly. Once food was in it, it weighted it down. The heavier skillets don’t have this issue. They are truly nonstick and cook well so far.

Fantastic pots and pans!
I love how easy it is to store these pots and pans. It is a game changer with removable handles. You don’t realize how much room a handle takes up!It is very thoughtful that the pots and pans come with the pads to protect the surface and keep them nice and retain the finish. I also like the magnetic storage board for the handles. It is easy to keep things organized.I have another pan from Gotham Steel and I love how the nonstick surface works! These pots and pans are almost like magic! You don’t have to worry about something sticking to the surface.Because the handles remove, it is really easy to use as a serving dish on the table, in the refrigerator, and washing in the dishwasher. It is also really easy to wash these pans by hand because things just don’t stick to the surface!I highly recommend these pots and pans! They will make a fantastic gift for someone special, or even to yourself.

quality cookware, great design
I like the quality and look of these pots and pans. This is my first set of pots and pans with the removable handle so it will take a little getting used to. The handle also takes a bit of getting used to with the mechanism to lock it and to loosen the lock. However, it is easy and not hard to figure out. Once I start using this set more I know It’ll feel like second nature to me. The pots and pans itself are great, so far they’ve held up well as nonstick. I can’t fully speak on the quality of these yet because it has only been two weeks of use, we’ll see how it stands up after months of use. I do like how much easier it is to stack and organize these in my cabinets. They definitely take up less space without the handle, you basically stack them like bowls. I especially like the extras that came with this set such as spatula, protective felt pads, and the lid. The lid fits one of the pans, allowing you to use it as a ‘bowl’ so you can just put the leftover food in the fridge. So far I am having a great experience with these, they look and feel like great quality, overall well designed. If you can get these with a coupon discount I highly recommend it. I feel like this set has great value, ended up costing me less than if I got individual pans at our local discount store (Home Goods). I will be getting another set.

“Full Service” cooking set has storage covers that seal leftovers in.
It really feels like the manufacturer has thought everything through. This set comes with things other just plain don’t have. I really like that there are refrigerator storage lids that seal the pans shut.I love cooking something and putting the leftovers in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, the pan lid handle sometimes makes the pan too tall to fit, and also the handle takes up too much space. With this set, the handles are removable, and the separate storage lids are more like a Tupperware lid than a pot lid. There are the actual pot lids also, but those are for use when cooking, not storing leftovers.I also really like that these include felt guards for the inside of the pan for stacking pans together and saving space, while at the same time keeping the non-stick inner surface of the pan safe from getting gouged or scratched from other pans in the drawer/cabinet.They have also included a magnetic plate that can be mounted anywhere to store the removable handles. That’s a nice option to have for handle storage. By the way, the set comes with two handles that can be attached/detached easily and quickly from all the pots and pans.A bonus included in the set is a silicon covered large spoon and spatula, both with wooden handles. Overall. I like this set a lot and will enjoy cooking with them for a long time to come.
