Beautiful set, well made!
I splurged on these after getting sick of all my past cheaper sets chipping within weeks. So far so good with these, the color is lovely in my kitchen. My only complaint is I wish there was a bigger pan for things like stir fry. One of my pots is also scratched already on the bottom, but I suspect my husband might have put a metal utensil in there. Whatever you do, stick to silicone and bamboo utensils and you should be golden with these.

This is a very good looking set. It’s light weight, which is why we got it. Haven’t used it, so unable to review the features, but they appear that they will rate well. The only thing is there is only 1 round cake pan, so I ordered another. This set is priced well, too.

The cookware DOES scratch when using an electric mixer.
The cookware cooks wonderfully and the clean up is super easy. The only problem is that the video advertisement is not accurate. The 4qt pot does scratch when using an electric mixer (refer to picture). Donât make mashed potatoes in this cookware!

Loving these so far!
I had some decent pans, but the handles became loose and I foolishly replaced them with cheap pans rather than fix the handles. I quickly learned that good pans really make a difference. I’m not a millionaire, so finding decent pans that cook well and clean nicely afterwards at a price we can afford was not easy, but after searching for a bit, I decided to try the Gotham Steel pans. I have not been disappointed. Things are cooking up nicely, and I never need high heat because you’re not supposed to use it, but the heat distribution is excellent, so it isn’t necessary. But cleaning them? They come out so nice and it is so easy, I’ve never had any nonstick pans that didn’t scratch or stick a little. These have been wonderful so far.

July 22, 2024, most of this set is amazing. There was one larger pan I had not used until about a month ago, and it’s been great. Unfortunately, the muffin tin and square pan are long gone from wear and tear. RIP, but I cook and bake pretty much daily, often several times a day, excluding weekends, and about once a month when I haul out frozen leftovers.I am looking for a newer set, but I do not know if I will go with this brand or something that lasts a bit longer since I have been cooking for almost 40 years now.***************original review belowBeautiful and sturdy set that has the design, feel and handling to seemingly last me a few years avid cook who has been “throwing it down” for over 35 years.I took off a star heat felt through a potholder that wasnt neoprene.You have been warned to PLEASE carefully remove the panhandle with care…not just any rag or cloth if your stove eye handles medium heat (6 o clock on the older dials) …But this set seems the absolute best deal (under $300) on Amazon.com for the copper-ceramic nonstick surface plus it has an amazing set of matching bakeware!!! I love that even more.

These are easy to clean, very easy to use if you follow the instructions. DON’T USE HIGH HEAT! Cooked steak tonight, cooked quickly and perfectly on medium heat, $30 steak, so was worried, but did an amazing job. Also cooked mussels, done without scratches or any of the other complaints. Am definitely thinking about expanding my collection. Use plastic or silicone, wash by hand, you won’t be disappointed.After I wrote this original review, I used the loaf pan without using the recipe instructions to butter the pan. My banana bread slid out with zero effort, and was ready 20 minutes under recommended cooking time with the most incredible crust. My new favorite pans. I am a person who cooks with high quality knives etc, and it’s something for me to say I’m so happy with this set.

The only thing is that you do have to add a little bit of oil or butter because the food does stick. Other than that itâs pretty easy to clean. Best to use it on medium heat. Not too high.

Nothing sticks and I’ve had them for a few months now and there are no scratches either.I’ve made brownies and other sticky things in the baking pans and they just slide out with no flour, oil or parchment, the only one I never tried was the cookie sheet but that’s only because my oven is ridiculously small and it didn’t fit so I gave it away.OOH ALSO THEY ARE OVEN PROOF! For a home chef the dream is good oven proof pans and these are!!

This set is fantastic!!! I actually clean the dishes after dinner now instead of “letting them soak”So easy to clean and a good variety. My favourite is actually the baking sheet which was just a bonus added to the set. Easy sheet pan meals and bacon in the oven has never been easier!!1 star off because when I ordered, the picture was showing a more jewel tones, metallic blue, but it’s actually a flat turquoise. I don’t mind, but my heart was set on the other colour. All in all I would say definitely buy!
