I often use my 30 ounce water bottle so itâs a little more diluted but I like it in the large amount of water as well as the smaller recommended amount. On days I run out of powder or go out without making my water bottle of electrolyte water I can definitely tell the difference in my hydration level and the amount of water I drink.Works well to hydrate, doesnât cause any stomach discomfort, and I havenât noticed any adverse side affects other than going to the bathroom more because Iâm drinking way more water!Would highly recommend!This brand also sells single serving packets which is super helpful for on the go!

Love this hydration drink so much. Flavor is perfectly balanced. Powder looks weird at first but mixes well. The ingredients are super clean. Great post workout or when you just want something other than water. Itâs expensive but I find the recommended 1 tablespoon is a lot and tend to use only 1/2 a tablespoon in 20 – 30 ounces of water.

This is the cleanest and best tasting hydration powder Iâve tried. I have health issues that require very close scrutiny of ingredients. This passed all tests. The taste is mild. Goes down easy. Not too sweet.

Git it for traveling and staying hydrated. Quite disappointing that it would make water too sweet. After drinking you want more to drink just plain water. Had to threw it away, neither me or my daughter (has sweet tooth) liked it. Wish it was less sweet as I bought it due to good ingredient list.

I wanted something to help me stay hydrated that didnât have sugar but still tastes good and refreshing. The clean ingredients had an instant impact and I felt better and hydrated. I wasnât too impressed with the taste and wanted to try a different brand with similar ingredients and price.I tried Truwildâs watermelon lemonade and actually love the flavor (despite 0 sugar OR stevia).
