I had bought a glass file many years ago in a hospital gift shop and paid #10.00 for it. Used it for years and loved it! I had never before or since had a file that worked quite near as well. The only problem I ever had with it was that it wasn’t thin enough to get under my nails to do a good cleaning. Unfortunately, it only came with a soft, plastic protector and eventually broke in half. I loved it so much that I still tried to use the two small pieces.Years later, I found a bunch of them in a popular branch store for $1.00 each and thought I’d hit the jackpot! I bought them in every color and cursed myself for having been made a fool of at the hospital gift shop. I was NOT made a fool of at the gift shop! The cheap files were just that – CHEAP! Not one lasted for an entire filing. You could literally see the where the grit had come off of the file!These Dr. Mode files are like that original file I purchased, which is what I was expecting. Of course, I didn’t have a high buff shiner or glass cuticle stick. I have these really high lines on my nails so I can’t really use the buffers at present, but I did try it on one of my less bad nails and I’m amazed! And the cuticle stick is THE BEST I’VE EVER USED – HANDS DOWN! In fact, I’ve always hated cuticle sticks until now because I’ve considered them worthless on my cuticles. Not this one, though. What a beautiful job AND it smooths the nail area as it takes care of the cuticle and has a little more length to it than the average stick. Now THAT’S an awesome cuticle stick! I think I’m most excited about that.My only complaint with the pack is that the files are a little short for my ease of use. As far as cleaning under the nails, I prefer a somewhat shorter file, but for filing, I prefer my files to be a little longer.

Dramode Glass Nail File Set- Best Glass nail files you will find!
I have ordered several brands of the glass/ Crystal nail files offered on Amazon. Some are pretty colors, have cute cases (that are ok).. but THIS is the BEST one I have ever used- and the best price for ALL you receive in the kit. Each item is made of thick sturdy glass with very sharp filing surfaces and each has a nice sturdy plastic case to protect it. The files makes doing nail work quick and easy/ very little pressure required to file a nail or buff for a shine. . Nice variety of 2 sizes- one for home & one to travel with if desired. The âcuticle pusherâ is something not offered by otherâs sellers- and is Wonderful to use while cleaning the nail AND doing some âmini filingâ around the nail edges. Great for yourself- makes a terrific gift for someone else. GREAT price also!!

These are very nice nail files. Haven’t had a chance to use the buffer yet, but I’m excited to try it out. As for the other files, they are very well made and file my nails with no snags or rough edges left behind other files.

This is such a wonderful set. The glass cuticle pusher is the best that I have ever had. Both sets of glass nail files are very good quality.I keep the longer ones in my nail care set and the smaller ones at my office. I use these almost exclusively now.The white ones have an effective grit for all around use and the black ones have a VERY fine grit.I use the cuticle glass rod for my cuticles, to quickly touch rough spots on my nail surfaces and to clean up set gel polish if I’ve been a little messy.I *highly* recommend this set. It’s great quality and value for money.

Iâm learning how to do my nails and hated filing them Because of the grit no matter what number I used. I got a glass file with a drill I purchased and loved it. I read about how the glass cuticle cleaner works then purchased it. And I love it too. Especially to clean up when I make a mistake with the polish.
