Items came packaged very well and divide with a light foam to absorb any shock from being tossed around or dropped. Handles had to be screwed in, the box came work a screwdriver and was suppose to have screws. The screws were missing so I hade to make a run to the hardware store to purchase some. When I received this set of cookwares, they were well pack and in a good shape. You will need to put the handle to the pan but the seller is very considerated, they attached a screwdriver inside the package, which left very good impression to me. I tried to stir fry and it is non stick and I also try to put it in the dishwasher and it work great. Also the price is good, so I am happy with this product.

First order I had to send back due to a deep scratch in one of the pots, second order was great other than one tiny scratch on one pan. They clean easily, cook nicely, love the color and the quality. My only negative comment is the handles get very hot, have to use pot holders to strain noodles or pick up the pan after cooking.
