I loved the size and shape and look of the bag but the faux leather had such a funky smell I stopped using it.. Itâs too bad because I would have used it for a long time. The size was perfect for my needs.

Good quality but smells at first
Bag itself is a 10/10. I love it and get compliments on it. But the smell when you open the bag is horrible. So fishy. Itâs hard to get rid of. Eventually I got rid of it. Turn the bag inside out and spray the inside with rubbing alcohol. Make sure to not get the alcohol on the âleatherâ on the outside because it messes with the finish. But the inside is a fabric that holds on the smell. I probably did 3 rounds of alcohol on the inside (pretty heavy application). After each alcohol application I would leave the bag inside out hanging in my shower. I left it inside out in the bathroom for about a week and did multiple hot showers. I think the steam helped to remove the scent. I also used a wet rag (water) to rub the inside and outside of the bag to help wipe any remaining smell. So the alcohol paired with the steam/airing out in the bathroom removed 95% of the smell. Now I use the bag all the time and never smell the fishy smell anymore. If you get this bag I definitely recommend taking the time to dissipate the smell because besides that the bag is great!

Hobo bag
Horrible smelling. Smelled like a dead body. I washed it, used baking soda on it, fabric deodorant, and none helped. A waste of money.

Smells!!
I should have read the reviews more carefully. It really smells bad. I tried to let it air out for several days, but it never got any better. Sad, it was cute and soft.

Beautiful brown color but strong odor!
This bag is the perfect brown color and comfortable size for everyday but it has the worst odor. I have it sitting outside inside out to air it and it is more tolerable but the smaller inside bag still reeks. I am undecided if i will keep this, if the smell doesn’t go away then it has to be returned.

Super soft material, I get so many compliments on it! People think it is a real leather bag when looking at it. Strong button closure! Fits a lot and the pouch is a great size for a makeup bag or feminine products and other essentials.
