Not bad but flawed
Purchased these for duck hunting and muck boot wearing. All around they work ok. Are they 100% waterproof? No, and you should never expect a sock to be. Are they extremely water resistant, yes. They are great of you are looking to keep small amounts of water on feel when either boots have a leak or mesh shoes get submerged. Why are they not 5 stars? Because they have one flaw and its the stretchability. They have much less give that other socks and if your foot doesn’t fit it exactly, they might keep constrained while in use. I will definitely buy these again, but make sure your expectations are set correctly.

Perfect socks, they really are waterproof
This is my third pair of waterproof socks and I absolutely love them. My niece found them fascinating, astounded that my feet were truly dry. I first discovered waterproof socks after a major outdoor retailer salesperson recommended them to me. I’ve thought I needed a new pair of waterproof hiking boots for my Iceland trip, but he recommended waterproof socks instead as they are more effective at keeping your feet dry as long as you don’t go up above the top.I use these at the lake this weekend, where it was a cool fall day. These are milder conditions then I would be ordinarily wearing them, but I wanted to test them out. They are great for circumstances where the weather is water is cold such as shelling at the beach or if you want to keep your lower legs warm and/or clean from muck in the water, or when crossing rivers.These are somewhat shaped (one of my other pairs is straight like tube socks) and fit well; the tickets is now like hiking socks and everyday socks. They have a soft, comfortable lining. I never really felt like my for must be wet, which is a sensation I’ve experienced a few times with my other waterproof socks, even though they remain perfectly dry! I think that is due to the lining. The cuff at the top holds the socks in place, they didn’t slide downAs long as I don’t expose them to an excessive number of rough, abrasive surfaces, I expect they’ll last a long time. Very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of these socks

These socks saved me!
I went out hunting and my boots got completely soaked! So luckily I brought these socks with me. I put these socks on and even with soaked boots these socks kept my feet dry and warm! The best part was these socks soaked up alot of the water in my boots. So by the end of the night I hung up the socks in my wall tent and by next morning my boots were dry and so were the socks! now I won’t go any where with out these socks! They truly saved me from having a horrible hunting trip.
