Love the design!
Bought 2 machines for our 4 cats. Easy to download the app âsmart lifeâ and connect with our 5G WiFi. Set up the meal plan and the machines run very well. The only tricky and mysterious part is, whenever there is a power break/hick-up, after that the machine runs exactly 1 hour earlier than the setter meal plan. Sometimes the machine corrects itself after 1 day or 2. Sometimes I have to âremoveâ and âadd machineâ back in the âsmart lifeâ app, then it seems working fine. I kind of realize itâs sort of the problem from the app not from the machine. So just fyi.

Love the setup, a space saver! I can control the amount from the app seamlessly. Wish it had a voice option but to be honest they don’t care. As soon as the hear the machine churning they drop everything and run! The machine is loud but not loud where it should wake you up.So far so good. Fortunately this automatic feeder works really well and is easy to use because I recieved one with a bunch of dog food in it. Pretty sad that theyâre repackaging returns and selling them as new without even checking them first. Giving it a deep clean and keeping it because it does work much better than the other feeder I ordered as it distributes the food pretty much evenly.(UPDATE):Seller reached out and refunded the purchase. This company has really good customer service so Iâd definitely chalk my order up as a genuine mistake. The product is still a 10/10 for anyone looking for a feeder that distributes two sides evenly, have been using it every night I work and keeps a history log of when the feeder fed. â7â is about a 1/2 cup total in kibble fyi.

Best feeder
I love this. A couple cats still skeptical but thatâs okay. I got it for use on vacations as a back up. I like the elevated food dishes as in using elevated and slanted food dishes over the paste several months my cats arenât coughing up junk as bad. Seriously considering a second one. I have 6 indoor and an outdoor stray I feed and sometimes other strays.

Love the 2 bowls, but the machine is loud.
I was excited to move from a single bowl feeder (different brand) to the 2-bowl feeder but was surprised at how loud the motor is when it sends food out. The feeder is just around the corner outside my bedroom and it woke me up! The feeder itself is good and I like the ease of the app, but I don’t I wish it was quieter like my single bowl feeder.

Love it!
Only been using it for a few days now but so far so good! The app is great just remember the time is military time to set when it releases food. Not loud and my cats aren’t scared of it. Super easy to clean and load food. Easy to put together and is sturdy. I set up a camera to make sure it dispenses properly while I’m away. I’ll update in a few months!

No portion control
This automatic feeder does not dispense a consistent amount of kibble. Even two weeks into using it, I was constantly measuring how much kibble came out and it was always different. Not to mention the plastic divider to separate the kibble into two bowls does not evenly distribute it…at all. My cats eat 1/4 cup of dry food twice per day (with a small snack at 4:30 am to keep them at bay) and when I finally found what I thought was the right amount, I had to set the feeder to go off once, and then a second time 5 minutes later…if I didn’t separate the feeding by 5 mins, all the kibble gets stuck up at the top.It’s also quite loud. I’m a light sleeper in general but their food setup is in another room, so I still think that’s too loud. The setup was easy and the app works great but unfortunately I would not recommend this.

Portion size?
I liked this feeder a lot, I love that you can use it with the app and it does seem to work well. My problem is I canât figure out the portions. The amount that comes out in one sitting seems like way too much to me, way over the .28 oz it says is supposed to come out. My cats have a habit of eating too much too fast and then throwing it up on my carpet, so this is a big issue for me. I donât know if mine is defective or if Iâm just not using it right, but Iâm probably going to return it and get one that you can easily control the portions that come out.
