Good Film!
My two favorite film stocks to take pictures with are Fuji 200, and Fuji 400. I’m happy to see film getting popular again, and I’m glad to know I don’t have to drive 20 miles to a nearby store in order to grab a box or two for a weekend in the mountains. Film arrived on time, not expired, I might add, and my first roll has turned out great. Hard to go wrong on Fuji stock. Great product.

legendary fuji color
For those who know, this was a standard back in the day and it’s so nice to have it still going strong today. Physical film and tangible photos are just worth more these days and I’m glad for the longer 36 exposure. 400 is the most usable ASA for the vast majority of us so this is really the best stuff to stock up on.

Picked up this set of three Fuji 400 color film rolls, and I have to say, I’m impressed with the quality. Each roll has 36 exposures, which gives plenty of room to experiment and capture moments without constantly reloading. The colors are vibrant, especially with natural light, and I noticed it gives a slight boost in the greens and blues, which makes it perfect for outdoor shots. There’s just the right balance between color richness and softness for that classic film look, without being over-the-top.Shooting at 400 ISO, I found it flexible enough for different lighting conditions. Indoors, with good window lighting, it holds up nicely, and outdoors, it really shines. The grain is noticeable but adds to the filmâs charmâitâs smooth without feeling too modern. Overall, it’s great for anyone looking to capture memories with a warm, nostalgic vibe, and Iâd definitely pick up more rolls when these are done.

Nice 3 pack of Fuji Color Negative film
With the relatively recent upswing in the use of old school film cameras, finding a reliable source for 35mm film at a reasonable price can sometimes be a challenge. This upswing in interest seems to have made a difference in the market, as both Fuji and Kodak seem to be doing well. In general, film selection is pretty subject, as each type of film (particularly color) has its own distinct “personality”. While Kodak has been the leader in the US for decades, Fuji has always been a player and is keenly appreciated by photographers world wide.This 3-pack of Fuji 400 Color Negative film is a great solution! It contains the 3-pack of film and the obligatory microfiber cloth. Here are the other things that I like:* The expiration date on rolls that I was sent is two years out and that is fantastic.* The price on this pack seems about middle of the road, but I think it would be difficult to find this film at a lesser price point.* The ISO 400 rating provides a nice full stop advantage over ISO 200 film, and helps in darker environments* Analog film photography provides a special experience that everyone should try* Development is C-41 process, which can be done at home if you are adventurous. It can also be developed at many local big box stores or via many internet providers.This film hits the mark for price, quality and personality. Give it a try!

Nostalgia galore
These are a solid choice for that nostalgia film photography for me. Its neutral colors, fine grain, and good exposure is amazing. With ISO 400, it requires a little more attention to light than digital or mirrorless but itâs still manageable for most scenes and 400 is a little forgiving and gives a few more options. Fujiâs classic color profile is great. It shines with its natural and balanced tones. I canât develop, so I gave it to a shop to get it done. They came out great. It’s been a long time since I felt theâ wait to see how it turned outâ feel. It was good. A reliable film. Such a good nostalgia, really.

Old standby color negative film
I got my first good camera, a Nikon F, in 1967. At this point, I mainly shoot digital, and my film use tends to be medium formatâbut I still have several 35mm cameras that Iâm pretty sure Iâll always keep. Since I no longer have a darkroom, I tend to shoot either color negative or slide film. Years ago I settled on Fuji for negative film. Itâs pretty much a good, do it all filmânice neutralâ colors, relatively fine grain, and decent exposure latitude. 400 used to be considered a fast color film, but if you’re coming from todays digital cameras, 400 will mean needing to be more aware of the amount of light, and optimizing exposures to keep your images shake free. And UV filters also help with color cast.
