Works for motorcycles too!
I really believe this cover may have saved my life! I went on a motorcycle trip and put this over my luggage pack (I know, it’s a backpack cover). But it worked great! People could see me way up the highway and even in their rear-view mirrors when they would normally just cut off a motorcycle. I rode in torrential rain on the way home, for 8 hours (yellow blobs on the radar map!). Between the hi-vis color and the reflective strip, people saw me and gave me wide berth. Too many times motorcycle rain gear is black, and makes you blend in with the road. I’m about being seen! Especially because most people are too busy looking at their phones rather than their mirrrors. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that part of the reflective stripe peeled away. And one of the “male” ends of the buckles got lost somewhere between OH and SC, but I had it tied on to my pack rather than buckled, since it’s not meant to work the way I needed it to. But overall it held up very well, stayed on at highway speeds and blinding downpours!

Great for fog – haven’t been hit yet!
I live in the PNW and I wear my backpack around the campus I work on. Even in dense fog and a school zone, cars still love to speed in the 25mph zone. The neon yellow/green cover fits perfectly and is highly visible. My back pack is pretty much my office, so I have to take it with me all work day. If it’s raining, this sure beats covering it with a big trash bag.Buckles are strong for how much I use it. Your mileage may vary. The reflective strip on mine peeled off, but it still does the job I need it to.

Excellent visibility & rain protection
I purchased the Neon Green XL (50-65L) cover for my 60L backpacking pack. When hiking in fog & rain, my companions could see the neon green from a great distance! It did the job for rain protection. With a full pack & extras hanging off the back, the cover itself still fit fine but the top to bottom strap was extended to the absolute max and could be just a little longer. Docking 1 star because the reflective strip detached after just one trip in the rain. Seems it is sewn into the side seams but just glued across the middle. Recommend running a line of stitching across to shore it up.

GENIUS. Bone dry in Seattle
1 Year Update: Still excellent!PROS: Protects my entire backpack, including laptop, from pouring rain. Super lightweight so I keep it in my bag at all times. Reflective strip still looks great.CONS: Only minor flaw is the cheap plastic buckles, but they totally work.VALUE: Over the years I’ve spent $$$ on proper waterproof bags (from Chrome, Northface). They are always HEAVY and work about as well as this thing, which costs less than 1/10th the price. And even if this rain cover craps out in a year and needs to be replaced, I’ll have spent way less money and generated way less end-of-life waste than a single rainproof backpack. Go figure.I’m using it with a Fjallraven Ulvo 28L. Fits this rather large backpack *perfectly*

High vis
Bought this for safety. The high vis works with no abnormal wear or tear. True to size.

Great quality
I ordered this to replace a rain cover for my motorcycle tour pack bag that ripped off at 80 miles an hour on the inner state. This fit perfectly, strapped around the bag to hold it into place, and stayed in place without issues at 80 MPH with strong winds. The only issue is the reflective strip did rip a little the first day (of seven) of our trip, but we rode with it on the bag for over 2,000 miles without issue or worry! Great product!!!!

Using for saddle bags covers
We ride recumbents and our side bags arenât as waterproof as weâd like (basically not at all LOL) so we got these and they work great. Fit is weird because itâs not designed for our shaped bag but they work and the extra visibility is a huge plus so weâre pleased and they keep our stuff totally dry

The XXL straps didn’t fit around my 90L pack
The vertical strap wasn’t quite long enough for my 90L Kelty Redcloud pack on this XXL cover. Otherwise this seems like a nice product, and I have friends who use other Frelaxy products. The carry pouch is nice as it seems water proof and has a small clip to hook to your bag.

I bought a size S for my Fjallravën 20L backpack and it fits well. So far I’ve been out in absolutely pouring rain with this on twice, and it kept my bag completely dry. I like that it’s easy to install and secure with the two adjustable straps and the little carrying pouch is handy too.

useful and reliable during cycling time.

Good flexibility to fit different packs. Bought it for the wife’s Osprey 65 liter pack and it fits well with flex to still cover the pack if I put overflow gear under the ‘lid’. Tested in out in the rain last month over night and no issues. Made of ripstop fabric which was nice to see.

These are really lightweight so don’t expect ultra durability but they are super easy to carry and pack and keep your larger back packs or suitcases organized!
