You can use LED light on the card and the card turns purple. When you use the LED light using the glasses, no blue light penetrates so card does not turn purple. Hmmm… How does this work?
This company includes all kinds of stuff, like a case, cleaning cloth, felt bag, blue light testing card and a nice Thank You with a cute family photo, but are the glasses actually “special”? Someone retired here and she left cheap reading glasses all over the place. None of them are Blue Blockers, they just magnify a little. What do you know (?), they all show they block blue light when I use the included test card and light!!! They weren’t expensive and I’m not going to send them back, but I’m not happy about this “blue blocking” thing. I’ve tried the yellow glasses and can’t stand them, but I might have to back to them to be sure I’m actually getting the blocking I’m looking for

These blue blocking glasses are top notch. Come with a test device that proves they do block blue light. Even if they are clear and not yellow-orange like some. Comfortable loght weight glasses to wear, and nice style that seems to fit any face. A hard case, soft pouch and cleaning cloth too. Couldn’t ask for more.So this is a true find in my opinion and highly recommended!
