Farberware is an afordable workhorse brand.
If you’re looking for the longest lasting and best working non-stick cookware for the cheapest price, Farberware is the way to go. There’s a lot of other expensive brands out there that are quite enjoyable to cook with, but when you need a cheap workhorse set that can take use and abuse, Farberware is an outstanding choice.They’re light, nothing sticks and they wash up so well. Even when I’ve used the totally wrong type of utensils with them, they just keep on going. I still have my expensive sets that I have to baby, but so often I end up reaching for these, because they work so well and I don’t have to worry about them.

I absolutely loved the black and gold, so had to order these. It looked like a great set to replace some old pots with.Farberware is a brand I’m familiar with, so.I felt they’d be decent to cook with. I always use spray in my pans, but I can still tell these are non stick. No issues with cook on our electric stovetop/burners. Seems to cook evenly (relative to the electric burners anyway).The sizes included are great and cover the basics of what I need and use most often. The spatulas are an added bonus, which is nice as I feel like we always need new ones. The quality of the spatulas is not the best or special, but still nice it’s included. Great for a house warming gift for yourself or someone else.I don’t hang my pots/pans, but one thing I noticed is the angle of the handles and the holes to hang seem a bit different. I’m not sure if they’d hang the same as others, or if it’s just the design? The holes are large though so likely easy to hang.The smaller pots and pans fit into the larger ones nicely for easy storage.I haven’t scratched them yet, but I imagine they will/can get scratched if using a fork or knife on them to stir or eat out of. I don’t do this, but my husband does and I’ve been reminding him every time I catch him to cut it out to protect the cookware.Despite not really matching my kitchen, I love this black and gold cookware anyway! Good value and decent quality as well.

Great set of pots/pans. Only wish the lid handles and pot/pan handles didnât get so hot! Had to buy oven mittens to be able to hold them. Other than that, good set

Great set, no toxic teflon to worry about.
I’m sure like everyone else you’ve tried to get away from Teflon because of all the negative news about it being toxic and leaking into your food. I’m hoping that this ceramic coating is safer and so far from my googling it seems to be the case.This set is a hair below teflon when it comes to the non stick surface, but its negligible and I just use a tad bit more oil and hardly notice the difference. The see through lids are great because you can see whats going on with your cook without having to release any heat.It is oven safe, but only to 350F so just be mindful because not sure what would happen past that. The aluminum construction also means its lightweight enough to be able to saute and handle with little discomfort.9/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.

Great Set at a Great Price!
This is a really nice ‘Farberware’ set. The pot lids and handles look very classy with the gold embellishment. I also love the big, bold pot handle bolts. The skillet and pot handles f eel good in the hand; easy to maneuver while pouring sauces or other foods into bowls or on plates. One of the great features is that they all work on an induction burner, which is one of my new favorite ways of cooking. The listing mentions that they are dishwasher safe, but I always prefer ton handwash all of my pots and pans. This is an ideal set with all of the main sizes included, I also like that the both of the larger lids fit the 10 inch frying pan. Plus…Farberware through in a ‘Prestige’ a slotted turner and a slotted spoon, got to like a freebie! Everything that I have cooked in them has come out very nice, no sticking and easy cleanup. I do recommend them.
