I used to get my gel removed for free, but the last tech charged me 20.00 for removal. I bought this kit along with the polish remover on another site to do it myself. It used to take me an hour with foil but this was very quick. I think the clips could have been a little tighter but realize that someone might have thicker fingers. Someone mentioned that it was hard to get all of them on at once. I was able to do 9 at the same time. The kit is not at fault. If this is an issue, have another person help you if it is important to do all at once. Great kit, especially for the price. There were a lof of pads included. I’d buy again. It will save me a lot of money.

I wanted to love these but they aren’t for me…
So I’ll start by saying this set is well thought through, and overall, the tools are great, but the clips are just not for me… I just couldn’t really get them to work on my second hand. It was too awkward to be able to get the soaked pad into the clip and then onto my nails with the other hand fully clipped… and it took me multiple tries to get the acetone to soak through enough to get all of my dip polish off. I’m going back to using ziplock, papertowel and hot water method…
