Excellent brush. As other older women have found, traditional eyeliner looks a bit harsh as eyelashes thin out. Having an angled brush with a very narrow profile let me use eyeshadow Instead of pencil, liquid or felt tip markers to gently line my eyes. I can create an extremely soft and super thin line of shadow between the lashes to better define the eye without looking like Cleopatra, or like I am wearing liner at all. I had misplaced my own brush like this and ordered a replacement, knowing that when I found the other one I would be really happy to have a spare one for my travel case. I paid a little more than I planned, but I am very pleased with the quality of this one. It does exactly what it needs to do. it is not super soft, but then I donât want it to be. I want that super soft line to be as narrow as possible, and a soft brush wouldn’t hold its shape well enough to do that.

The brush works very well but it’s impossible to secure cap without snagging brush hairs. I tried at least 20 times after 1st use and never once did bristles NOT get caught. In short order the brush will be destroyed unless it’s left unprotected.
