Simple but effective
Each of the three bands have a very good (and different) resistance to them.There is a texture to them that prevents them from slipping/sliding down your legs, regardless of if the band is in contact with fabric or skin.Instruction booklet provides helpful exercises, too.Can definitely recommend these bands.

Quality set of resistance bands
This is a nice set of resistance bands. You get 3 different resistance bands in pastel colors. They have a slight rubber feeling on the inside so it doesn’t slide during your workouts. The whole thing is soft and not just a plain rubber band. It comes with a mesh drawstring storage bag and it comes with an exercise guide. I’m excited to incorporate these into my workouts.
