Works great
This monitor has great distance- I can walk several houses down the street and it’s still connected! Setup is easy, video quality is good. I like adjusting the screen brightness between day and night. Overall, this baby monitor is set it and forget it. Love that we don’t have any struggles with it.

Stops working
Donât buy it-waste of money. Our first one we bought 4 years ago was great so we bought more for our playroom and second/third babies and every single one needed to be replaced around the 14 month mark. Usually itâs that the video doesnât work and only audio (refer to picture) or the audio doesnât work but the video does. One of it just disconnects and says no network as well. Works just enough that you canât do anything with warranty. We reached out multiple times with the issues to try and get replacements (not even a refund) since they stopped working after the 1 yr mark, the company doesnât do anything about it. Weâve bough 5 all together just thinking weâve gotten a bad one and the next will be better but just the same thing over again. Waste of money and time. Donât buy it. Get something else.

Great monitor
This is a really good monitor for all ages. My 6 year old wanted a camera in his room because heâs scared of monsters and I wanted to give him extra security. You can change the view of the camera from the monitor and it covers pretty much the whole room. He likes that I can talk through the camera to him as well. The video quality is decent for a monitor. The charge doesnât hold well, so I keep it plugged in constantly. Easy to set up and good value for money.

Amazingâ¦when it worksâ¦
Bought this camera and it worked 100% correctly for the first 3-4 months. Then some small issues arose, connection to camera issues, temperature issues etc., relatively minor things that just needed a quick reset or something. After about a year the monitor completely stopped working and would no longer connect to the camera, conveniently after the one year warranty. I also wasnât able to use the menu or anything on the monitor, basically completely broken. Would not recommend as the reliability is so low. When it worked, the product was great, but why pay over $100 for something you know is going to crap out after a year at most. Many many reviews are consistent with this as well.

This is THE BEST MONITOR
After trying a lot of monitors, this one is the best without question. Nothing cloud, no setup, it just works. The IR LED is not a visible red when it is on like other night vision cameras too. Great range, great battery life. This is the third one I’ve bought now as a gift to someone because it’s so great.

Dies in less than 6 months
Loved this monitor until it died and was completely unusable in just one year. Ordered again as a replacement, and this new unit died in just 5 months.Contacted the company and they directed me to updating the firmware. I did so on all units – wasted over an hour trying to fix everything and it’s all still broken. They have offered to send a replacement, but I don’t want to go through this hassle again in 2 months.Having a monitor die in the middle of the night with no way to fix it is a terrible feeling, especially when your kiddo needs you multiple times a night. I’m hard of hearing so I rely on this to let me know when my baby needs me!Look elsewhere unless you only need this for short term!!

Picture quality is great, the main thing we were looking for.Comes with wide angle lens add-on which was perfect allows us to leave it close to crib and capture everything.Display is large and quickly responds.Only negative from us is that we cannot keep the screen on permanently even if plugged in. There are 3 settings 1, 3, 5mins duration where the screen will stay on without any activity until it shuts off. Only thing preventing a perfect score is no option to just keep screen on until shutoff by user. You can set auto activation when room temperature or sound reaches a defined number but still would prefer an option to have always on.
